"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

It?s painfully obvious that customer satisfaction isn?t even on their radar. In hindsight, we should have taken our business elsewhere. I would never recommend Advanced Air Home Services to anyone. He replaced the capacitor, and the system has been working just fine without replacing what was still a good compressor - saved us over $1,400 (which is what the first company quoted to replace the compressor)."
