On a day I just so happen to stay home from work, I had a awful electric fire smell in my condo. My ac is over my water heater and leaked into the electrical box of the water heater. Fire department came out, turned off brakers and said I need to get it looked at. Dbk came on a emergency visit so I paid more for a service call and they still didint come right away. It was 2 hrs later. He looked at my water heater, said it was shorted because the float switch failed and didint tell the AC to shut off due to the excess water that was not draining. They cleared my line that day so it has better flow. Noted, the shorted water heater and failed float switch. The next day when they came to install the water heater, they did not replace the float switch. In other words if the water comes back, there is a possibility the same thing can happen, and if I'm not around can cause a fire. I explained to Greg in HVAC that they forgot to install the float switch. He wanted me to pay for another service call. I don't think because a tech forgot to install something I should have to pay another service call. I'm having to pull out any water daily from my ac to avoid a fire. I'll be going with another company. I'd avoid this company due to if they screw up thell make you pay more to clean it up. Even as something as simple at a float switch or as serious as a fire.

It took forever for them to get the ceiling fan installed. They took the old fan off very quickly but seemed to be having issues putting the new fan together. I think one of the people was in training because he did not seem to know a lot. He did not know how to attach the light globes to the fan and the other electrician had to do this. They were very nice and I'm grateful for that but I could have used more speed.
