I have been using this company for several years for three (3) of my properties. They do a great job and are some of the nicest people I have met! They are prompt, thorough and courteous. I have no complaints and am surprised at the negative comment. They always return my calls and emails. Furthermore, they always go the extra mile for us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The cleaning service showed up late for the first appointment, that should have been a clue. The work performed was just passable. I had an appointment for the service to come again to clean the house. They never showed up. They never called to tell me that they were not coming. When I first met with Tony, the owner, he assured me that he was professional and always on time, never missed an appointment. He assured me he had the necessary personell to complete all jobs, he had many crews. He told me no job to big or too small. Well that was all lies. When the service did not show on the appointment date, I waited a half hour and then called, no answer just a voice mail service and I left a message. No return call. I called again, no return call. I called a couple times, still no answer or return call. They lack the professionalism to even return a call to explian what the issues or reasons for the no-show. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company for any reason to anyone I liked. BEWARE!!!!

A pleasant experience overall. No complaints.

A crew of 3 brought all their own cleaning equiptment to deep clean a 2500 sq. ft., 4 bed/4 bath home - the wood floors and all the woodwork sparkles now - they were very pleasant, professional and expert in what they did and how they did it! They cleaned the a/c vents - they cleaned behind, under, around, EVERYTHING! If it could be polished, washed, waxed, scrubbed, shined... IT WAS! Great experience!! I'm very pleased!!

We have been using them for about six or seven years. They were referred to us by a neighbor. We have since referred them to other neighbors. He always does a good job and has a great personality. We feel confident with his honesty. If we have to leave we have him come in, and we just have him lock the door when he leaves.
