Description of Work: He called me the next day so that was good. He made an appointment and came when he said he would and looked at what we wanted done. | | |He said that he would email an estimate the next day. We never heard from him again. We went with someone else not on Angie's List.

Description of Work: I got Ryan's name from my Sister-in-Law, as he had done work for her recently. I found it very difficult to get in touch with him, calls and messages went unanswered for days, actually more than a week... When I finally did talk to him, he was very professional, and apologized for not getting back to me. He did provide an opinion of the work I was having done, though, and in the future if I need any ceiling work done, I would probably try and contact him again.

Description of Work: Reaching this man is next to impossible. He has no office or office help. He returned my call some 4 days later and left a message. Since then I have call 5 more times and left messages every time and to date have not had a returned call. Hard to do business with someone who you cannot reach or who does not have office assistance. In today's world that should not happen.

+ -1 moreThe ceiling doctor removed the rain damaged porch ceiling section. Installed a new panel and then textured in the new panel. Excellent job and you can not tell where the new section starts.. Worked steady-had all tools needed in his truck and when completed cleaned up so well that you could not see that ant work was performed. I highly recommend the Ceiling Doctor.
