It was okay. They did what they said they would do. They offered some kind of annual contract situation which I wasn't interested in at the time. They seemed to be thorough in what they did. He explained what he found and went and opened the attic and went outside of the house, gave the treatment and then summarized what he found.

They came in and sprayed for pests. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. We had to have them come back for a follow up after the three weeks and have been very satisfied with the results.

The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and provided what appeared to be complete treatment. He gave me additional product to use in a month or two as needed.

He cover the inside and outside, answered our questions about being harmful to pets, and sold us an annual contract. We have seen no evidence of small black ants since he was here!

he was very nice, and answered my questions - i had an ant problem and he looked for the cause and was very helpful in troubleshooting how they were getting in (and made sure they were in fact ants and not termites!)

The appointment went very well, and the employee was helpful. I signed up for the Angie's List coupon and got a light treatment, but it has worked very well. I have seen bugs since they came and sprayed... but they have all been DEAD! :) Highly recommend.

Went OK but he kept pushing for Termite treatment. I did buy bug spray for rest of year but don't know about next yer until I have had them a while. Would have given them a better score if he hadn't kept trying to get termite treatment which I have already had.

Total job took approx 4 hours. Two man team was very efficient

Have not called them back yet, but will have to. Still have roaches and spiders in the house.

Keith and his partner came to my house for one time pest Control. They were very professional and friendly. I really felt comfortable having them in my home. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions that I had. I have 2 small dogs and they got along well with them. They took off there shoes when they came into my home, that was not required but I appreciated that they were respecting my home. The best part was they did not try to push are up sell me for any services that I did not need. They also did a termite inspection for me. I would highly recommended them to my friends and family.

Went well; this is the third time that I've left a positive review for this company - they were fantastic. I am not sure why I keep getting requests from Angie's list to submit another one.

Provider arrived right on time. He took me through what he was planning to do. The technician was very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

After they did the pest control, just in less than 2 weeks, the ants are back around garage and on walk ways and in shrubs, everywhere. It never happened before, at least the effect last for 2.5 to 3 months. I can't believe, even their service could not keep simple ants away for 2 weeks. This never happened with other pest control services that I ever had in the past. Very dissatisfied.

It went very well. I also contracted for termites and was extremely happy. They did a great job.

He pointed 2 spots of potential termite damage. The window sill which was actually flour beetles as there is a cabinet with food right there and on the bedroom door he pointed to what appeared to be holes. I took a wet towel to clean the cobwebs off the door frame and those spots vanished. They were not holes but some dirt deposit.

It turned out well; they did a great job. We agreed on a date, they were perfect on the appointment time and showed up and everything is perfect. There were no additional charges. I would them again because they were professional and prompt. No complaints. They were better than other companies I have used.
