All American Termite & Pest Control

It was okay. Sometimes they don't want to do the job, I have to force them to do it. That's an issue. It's like a prevention. They showed up at the time they promised. The price is okay. Compared to the previous service, this is not as good as the only we had before. They could tell me exactly how much chemicals would be used and how they're going to do the project. It would be very helpful if they could tell us upfront. The guy who shows up is supposed to bring enough to cover the home, but he did not do that. I have to be there all the time to make sure he does the job properly.

Does not return phone calls back. Called had to leave voice mail...did not call back, so after 2 days called again, finally scheduled an appt and then the day came, they were a No show no call! Called them that day and they still have not called me back after leaving 3 messages with them. Horrible customer service! We got a special the first time we used them to spray roaches, if roaches came back, they would spray for free...well they did not honor it. Very unhappy customer and will never use this company again.

well everything is good ,but no fellow up. i paid for the whole year,but only one time came to my house (the first day)that is it!! the other pest control i hired before , came every 3 month to check. this company the one i hired right now thay dont do that!.! and i dont like it. and i dont hire them back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first scheduled appointment was canceled when the exterminator called and said he had found a better job, and asked if I could call the company and reschedule so he would still get a good reference? After letting him know that I wasn't comfortable doing so I was latter called saying that due to "MY request to cancel" things were being rescheduled for the following Monday (the appointment was for Friday). Monday an exterminator showed up, sprayed around the house and left my wife saying "here is your $200 magnet because you won't have anything else to show for our service". We HOPED it was a poor joke, however a month later after seeing a few bugs and calling several times to arrange a following service, no one answers or returns any calls whatsoever. Really cannot recommend this service and will be setting something up with another provider next year (sooner if I can never get someone to answer the phone and just chalk up this service as a lost cause and lost money).

It went really well. Within days of purchasing the service they contacted us and scheduled to our convenience. He arrived on time and professionally and calmly went about the tasks. After every section he stopped and explained what was done and answered all questions. At the end he explained other services and how the service works. Made some prudent recommendations based on his observations and left leaving a sense of "you can trust us!" The tech is a great salesman! He really loves his company and what he does.

Excellent, treated inside the house and around the perimeter of the house. They were fast, courteous and professional. Problem has gone away. Cost an additional $35.00 due to the difficultly of getting rid of German roaches. The cost includes a full year of protection, if the problem comes back All-American Termite and Pest will come back for additional treatments. I would definately recommend All-American Termite and Pest.

The treatment worked. They offered a year warranty which we haven't had to use. The guy who came out was quick, professional, and seemed to know his business. We were not informed ahead of time that the house had to be evacuated for the day, so I'm giving a B for professionalism, but otherwise no complaints.

It went great. He discussed thoroughly about bug removal and the different types of bugs and how they have to be treated. He went through each room, and each closet. He swiped the outside and sprayed everywhere that needed to be sprayed. He would call and give you friendly reminder each time he would need to come back out. He even sprayed the outlets in the kitchen. He was reasonably priced,and I never saw a bug since we used him.

I highly recommend All American for termite treatment! We had the perimeter of our house treated. They came quickly, were professional, and had an excellent price! (with coupon). They responded quickly to all email correspondences and supplied us with additional paperwork we needed for the county without any extra charges.

The service went well. We opted for an annual contract so we did have to pay additional. They took the $48 Big Deal off of the price. They did not explain to me very well what the annual package included. I thought they would be coming out quarterly and that was not it. We were supposed to call them when we saw pests and needed. So, I felt like they should have communicated that well.

Communication prior to appointment was outstanding. Kirby and his partner arrived on time and provided treatment as promised. This same treatment was quoted by several other companies at a much higher rate. Customer service provided was top notch and we look forward to using this company in the future as needed.

They continue to come whenever I need anything. Anytime you see any kind of bugs or anything you don't want in your house, all you have to do is call them and they'll come out and take care of it. They are a small family owned business. I know that if I have issues, all I have to do is call them and they'll be out as soon as possible. The people are great. I know I'll be taken care of. I recommend them to everyone.

It was great. The guy that came was really nice and I'm still undetermined because we have to wait three months. He was great. He explained things to me and what I really liked is I had somebody else come in for a quote and he told me all kinds of crazy things that if they had to come back it would cost us this much more. And when he came in he said if in three months if there's still any issue call us and we'll redo it which I really liked their policy and sticking through the job not saying if we have to come back it's going to cost this and that. The first company was only going to do from the kitchen into the one of the bathrooms and they did the whole house and the outside. I thought for what I paid I got more done that had I gone with the company that had come before him. He was helpful, he was professional, he explained things to me and it was just what I expected plus more. He was great at explaining a process I know nothing about, what he was doing and what I needed to remember to do and then he made sure to give me a copy of their contact between now and this date here's my number call and he put that right on the fridge so that I would remember.

All went well, no complaints.

They did fine. It was just as advertised, no additional costs. They were out a few days after the purchase date. I don't know how to compare the service. The workers were very professional.

We chose one year plan. Kirby was delayed owing to a nail in his tire but called ahead to reschedule. We were impressed with his professionalism.

Really great experience all around. This was a prebuy service, they responded the next day, and were on time for the subsequent appointment. They crawled around our awful crawl space and came out smiling! Told us there were no active termites and we could have cancelled the treatment. I was amazed at their honesty, they could have told me anything and there was no way I was going down there to check!!! We had the treatment done as a preventative. We have already reccommended them to neighbors with similar good feedback. Don't hesitate to call them.

The techician showed up on time introduced himself and begin on the outside. He Sprayed and treated the outside from house to about 3 feet aways from the house. Sprayed all around the back porch around windows and doors. Then he entered into the inside of house. They treated the wall sockets with a powder form of chemical and then once he was ready to spray the heavy chemicals we waited outside. The preparing for treatment is where all the work is put in. I had everything out of the cabinets and closest. All boxed up in the middle of living room floor. The spraying process took about 15 minutes. We were able to leave the home and return in about 2 hours. Their treatment has worked well, execelllant people to do business with from the office to the techician at our home. They said it would take about 3 weeks for the complete stages of the cochroach to clear them all. All the cochroaches we see appear sick and we find dead within a few minutes. With this price includes a year service and they will return to spray if needed. I feel the price is well worth it. I had tired all the over the counter sprays and it was just feeding them.

They were very timely and good. The product works.

I was called before he came out. The young man who came out was Koby and he was very knowledgeable and professional and on time. Explained the treatment was good for 10 years but for a fee of $95 each year would come and recheck the house and treat if necessary. They were having a special price for a limited time and because they have a excellent rating I chose them. Am completely satisfied.

Everything was fine. We signed up for them for the longevity. The reason why I got them was for their price. They were a little slow on the process. Other than that, everything was good. I had a great interaction with them. The work turned out fine. We had no problems.
