Description of Work: Andy was extremely professional and was on site throughout the two-day job. Beautiful paint job, very neat and clean, friendly and conscientious workers. Had a slight snafu with paint on front door, most likely a problem with the paint. Andy was not satisfied with it and returned in a timely manner to make it perfect. I couldn't be happier.

He was professional and personable. He and his team were punctual when they began and ended their work day. They were clean as they maintained the integrity of my home. For my husband, the quality of their workmanship was reflected by the smile on my face. I will use AJM for all of my painting needs. Andy Policastro is a good man.

+ -1 moreOur estimate was quite detailed in the services to be provided. The first day the entire house was pressure washed. The next day sealer was applied to the house to promote good paint adhesion. Windows, doors, and trim were caulked as well as stucco stress cracks patched/filled. A side door frame had some water damage which was repaired and trim molding replaced. Trim, facia, and gutters received first coat of paint. The last day the trim received second coat of paint and body of house received two coats. Our front porch ceiling was a third and lighter color and was painted with two coats. The front door which has trim was given two coats of paint as well. We provided the paint for the job. Andy and his crew arrived each day when they said they'd be here, care was given to our landscaping and the area was picked up each day. We are extremely happy with the services we received from AJM Painting and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior painting experience.
Description of Work: AJM Painting responded quickly to our request for an estimate for painting our stucco Winter Springs home. Because we had been looking at paint colors at several stores for over a month, the estimate was given both with paint provided and with us purchasing the paint ourselves. Due to AJM's prior painting commitments our painting job was scheduled for two weeks. That was not a problem for us and he actually came a couple of days earlier.

+ -1 moreWe used AJM to paint the exterior of our home several years ago and there wasn't a single drop of paint on the shrubs. So we wanted them back and they did the same excellent job on the inside. The workers were fast and efficient but also quick to respond to my questions or additional small jobs that I seemed to find for them to do. We were very pleased and feel we got our money's worth.
Description of Work: AJM Painting prepped and painted the interior of a 40 year old home. They also painted the exterior trim and front door and spray painted the interior of the garage. They removed all window hardware, wall vents, wall nails and filled holes as needed.
