The worst company I've ever dealt with. On a Wednesday afternoon, my refrigerator wasn't cooling and was registering 68 degrees, although the freezer was working. They sent out an older gentleman who got it working but said I needed to replace the evaporator fan. I agreed to that since it was going to happen again. He said the part would be in on Friday, so it would be installed in the afternoon, probably around 4PM. Cost was $75 plus $25 to order the part. Friday came and went without even a phone call. On Monday morning, I called and the guy (different guy from Wednesday), said he'd call me right back. No call. I called again at 4:40PM and left a message. No return call. I texted him on Tuesday and he called immediately and said I could call him instead of text ... oh yeah? I tried that already. He said the part had been delayed and would be in the next day (Wednesday) and he would be at my house between 3PM and 5PM. I re-arranged my scheduled appointment so I would be home ... no show and again, no call. I called again on Thursday. He said the part was coming in that day and he would be out on Friday between noon and 2PM. FINALLY ... at 1:45PM he shows up and installs the fan. Additional cost, $350. I will never use this company again.

This was one of the worst company's I have ever had to deal with for a home repair. They were so unprofessional. I was having problems with my HVAC not turning on, so I did some research and saw Air Nation was local and had good reviews. They arrived and the tech who only placed his hand on my HVAC motor said it was a bad motor and module all in the matter of 5 min. He said that both will need to be replaced. They charged me a 75 service fee and said this will go towards the repair cost ( it didn't ) and will have to go get the new motor. It turned out they didn't have the motor in stock and they would have to come out the next day around 8am to 10am. The next day I waited and was never contacted, 11am rolled around and they still have not arrived. I ended up having to call them for them to explain that they needed to go else were to get the motor. And they were going to now be there around 1pm. They finally showed up with the parts and began the install. The tech installing it was so unprofessional. He pulled his masked down as he was installing the motor and continued to cough into my unit which when it was turned on filled my house up with the smell of cigarettes. As they repaired it there conversation was full of profanity my wife and I could hear inside from the garage. They spent 3 hours trying to get it to work and had to call another tech to help out. They finally figured it out and had it installed. The tech handed me his phone to pay for the repair. It was 980 for a motor, module and installation but I was not given an invoice regarding the break down in cost. I asked the tech about the invoice and he said it would be emailed to me. The next day I never received an invoice and had to call them to send me one. Still never received one. Called again the following day and was told by the man in the phone " oh yeah, yesterday was a bad day to write one up for you" are you serious! I finally received one that looked like it was put together just to shut me up. I researched the parts involved and they price gouged me on the parts upwards to 200 dollars on each part. I have never ever had such unprofessional, dishonest service in my life. If you don't want to get scammed out of your money and if you don't want rude, unprofessional techs I recommend you stay away from this company.

They responded immediately when I signed in on Angies list for a repair company. Scheduled initial visit for a Thursday between 11 and 2. My son came to the house to wait for them. At 2, I called and was told that Trey forgot to put me on the schedule, so they were a no show and rescheduled. Same time frame 11-2. After a few phone calls again, James showed up at 5pm June 7th. They had to order a part and I paid the $60 service call fee and $40 for a part. I was told the part would be available in 3-5 days. I waited 10 days to call and inquire and was informed that the part was not ordered. I was told that James had a migraine that day and my work order fell thru the cracks but they would immediately handle the situation and Justin said they would be at my house Thursday June 20th between 11 and 2 AGAIN. I stayed home from work to meet them. Once again, after 3 phone calls to check the status, a new guy showed up at 5:45 to install the part and asked for a remaining service call/installation fee of $80. I told the man that I wanted to run the machine first to see if it was fixed before I paid anything additional. Well, the dishwasher is still not fixed. Dishes are dirty and sopping wet. I would never use or recommend this company. Not reliable, not dependable and not able to properly repair.

They replaced the control panel, but didn't replace the shield on the handle, and didn't mention it. I called them and they knew that they didn't have the part, but said they would come back with it. It has been almost two weeks, and I haven;t heard back.

They diagnosed based on the error code and took about a week to get the part in. I could still use the washer so it wasn't too inconvenient.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job.

I called on May 4 & explained what are issue was with our frig & the girl on phone said she could order the part & they just needed a $40 deposit for the part & said it would be rolled into final cost. She said it would take 5-7 business days. Well on day 10 I had to call & get update, they called back & said part was on back order & would actually be 7-14 business days from 4th. So still no call by day 16 & I again called back. Was told " we were going to call today to set appointment ". Which was set on Monday 29th. James came out & then it was realized the wrong part was ordered or brought out. Then James inspected the broken piece we were in need of & said he would have to CALL the manufacturer & said he would call me back in Tuesday with an update/answer. So AGAIN, Tuesday comes & goes & I CALLED THEM AGAIN on Thursday June 1 & was told "oh, James is still still waiting for response from his EMAIL." So needless to say their communication is horrible. I called them back on 6/5 & told them I would like my $40 refunded b/c I was tired of having to call them for updates and/or information & that it had been a month of me constantly calling them. They said as of 6/5 I would get the refund sent back to my credit card.

Well it went well ,even though I had to get a new refrigerator but I bought that one in 2004 I just had a choice to make um 700.00 for a new compressor or a new frig for 999.00 plus tax owe and air nation refunded me 80.00 ,of a 180.00 bill of which I gave 60 to Angie and then I paid them 120 for the part on the first day and then the next day when we realized it was the compressor they gave me back 80 of the 120 I thought that was very fair and then they took my frig for nothing great job guys I would hire them again.

A nice yung gentleman came to my house on time vary kind and honest he was vary concerned about my problem he was in and out in 15 minutes I would definitely recommend him to anyone

They showed up on time and we're able to get my washer and dryer running in just minutes.
