Description of Work: They came up with an excellent design in an awkward space for my master bedroom closet and a guest bedroom closet. Their designs and work were outstanding!

Description of Work: I had a custom closet installed in the master bedroom. The owner came out and explained the product(s) and took the measurements. He was prompt, helpful and advised me of the process. One week before the installation, workmen came and removed the old closet and patched the holes in the wall. The company procured and electrician for me to have the light replaced and an outlet installed which was included in the price. I hired my own painter and had the time to have the closet painted and readied for the installation. On 10/22 two workmen came on time and installed the closet within 4 hours apprising me at each step if there was a problem. The entire experience was wonderful and I love my new closet.

Description of Work: Closet Wizzard owner was very punctual and professional and my dresser was delivered on schedule. However, the installers did not completely finish the job. Screw holes were left uncovered and the corners of the dresser were so sharp I had to file them down. This dresser was made to match another we already had. The owner said the drawers were fully extended. In my opinion, they are not. There is about 1 1/2 inches of drawer not extended. When questioning this, he was more impressed that the rails were ball bearing. Our own dresser also has ball bearing rails and fully extend. We had just moved and needed this dresser ASAP. I went with Closet Wizzard because of the reviews. I should have gotten more quotes. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Three closets were redone. The workmanship was good. The installers were good. The closets inserts/organizers were not as deep as I had been expecting. I had replaced shelves that were full front to back and these were significantly less. I am sure that I had discussed getting the same amount of usable space. To be fair, the specs were outlined properly. I clearly did not review them carefully enough. However, the issue and the reason for a negative rating was the attitude once I called the owner during the installation. I was told it was all my fault. I was told there would be an extra charge for the men to return. I was told there would be an extra charge for new pieces to be made to what I was expecting. There was no attempt at I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. There was no offer of what can I do to make this right. There was no offer to even meet halfway or anything. I was very displeased with the attitude I received. Professionalism is a split grade between the installers and the owner of the company.
