Within 3 weeks of measurements, the entertainment center was built and installed. It looks great and is a vast improvement to the house.

The gentleman came over, asked for our needs, took measurements of both closets. The next day I received an email with estimate and drawings of the plans for each closet. Discussed a few minor changes and placed deposit and scheduled install date for a few weeks later. Contacted by the office a few times to confirm measurements and clarify questions on design. Installation team arrived on time day of installation. They were both very friendly and accommodating. A large shelf top was short by 1/2 an inch. Installer called the office and a correct size shelf top was brought over within 2 hours. Installation went great and I'm very pleased with the results. Everyone from the designer, office personnel and installation team were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

It turned out okay. I was happy with the product and the install. I was happy with the service. There were no additional costs. We talked about my needs and he did a design. Three weeks later they did the installation. I think that they did a good job. I would use them again.

The installers arrived on time, carefully removed the old cabinets and did a wonderful job installing our new wall cabinets. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up carefully after the work was done. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the quality of the fabricated cabinets and with the professional installation job performed by the Closet Wizard crew. Because of this successful experience, I will use Closet Wizard to organize the walk in closet in my master bedroom later this summer. EXCELLENT! I LOVE THEM! I called and they were prompt. They gave me an accurate schedule, showed up when they said they would, and I could NOT be happier! I wish I had done this 5 years ago! I have SO much closet space now, and all the "bells and whistles" are great! I redid the closets as part of an "upstairs makeover", including paint, electrical, and some minor construction, new carpets. Closet Wizzard helped me at every step, letting me know how each of the renovations needed to be done and in what order to maximize the closet installation. Again, wish I had called them 5 years ago?!

They came in and did the sizing, and before the day was over, I had an email with a plan, that I could see in my house. Within two weeks they came into build the system. Father and Son team, and you can tell the Father is proud of his name and his work. It took about 4 hours and they were completed. They cleaned up their own mess and left me with a beautiful space, and even a couple of surprises. What a wonderful experience.

It went well. This is the 2nd time I have used Closet Wizzard. The designer worked with me .... a lot. Until we came up with a design to meet my needs. Most of it was after the initial visit and through e-mails but he sent updated drawings to my requested changes with updated quotes. The guys came out and had the closet installed within a couple of hours. I am again happy with the closet.

Jordan came out the same morning I called Closet Wizzard. He measured for my new pantry and got me a 3D drawing the same day. I revised it a couple of times and got a price and arranged for install. I got a call prior to install to verify some of the details of the drawing and also a call verifying the date and time. Their installers were punctual and professional. The pantry looks fantastic with shelves, pull out drawers and pull out wire baskets. The hardware for the drawers is trendy and matches my kitchen hardware. I will use them again in my den for the office I am creating.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did an excellent job. They came out, they were on time, it was very quick, we went over options, I made my decisions, and they were very timely in sending out someone to do the work, it was great and they did a beautiful job, and I love them. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The sales rep, Jordan, came out to the house, asked a lot of questions, made some great suggestions, took measurements, and e-mailed drawings to us within a few days. We asked for a few changes and quickly received updated drawings. We had to wait about a month for the closet systems, but they were well worth the wait. The installation crew today showed up on time (despite the heavy rain) and got right to work. The were friendly, professional, worked without a break for several hours, and vacuumed the closets when they were done. We are very, very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company, which we found on Angie's List and chose because of the other great reviews. We're glad we did.

It went really well. They had some very unique ideas that I was impressed by. They actually had to come back and fix something and they were prompt and professional.

They came and measured. A few days later a sketch and quote were given. System was built to spec and installed about a month later.

Provider came timely for the consult and followed-up appropriately with designs and quotes. In fact, we purchased a coupon off of Angie's List over the weekend and they called to follow-up with us on Monday. The install was just completed and the quality and design were very good. The installers arrived on time and were professional. Not sure about the competitiveness of the cost; perhaps we could have found something less expensive, however, we are satisfied with the quality and design of the work so we feel the money was well spent. We will be doing a custom built-in entertainment center next and will definitely reach out to the Closet Wizard for a design and quote. We would recommend them to others.

Closet Wizzard is very hands-on. They are a family company and from the outset I was treated as a valued client - even when I was asking for a quote for the work. Measurements and photos of the space were taken, then they created a computer-generated image that showed how the room might appear with the design as initially discussed. I was encouraged to critique the layout and proposed finish of the shelves so that they could optimize my ideas and requirements. After a second iteration, and choice of finish, I authorized the build. This took about a week. Installation in three rooms was complete in one day. It was evident the installers were professionals who are proud of the work they do - they were efficient and did not waste their time or mine. As they progressed in the installation, they periodically asked me about details. They were orderly as they worked and cleaned the area before leaving. Very pleased and would have them do additional work.

Could not have gone any better. We told them what we wanted and needed our closet to do and they made it happen, just like magic ! All at a fair price and a lifetime warranty.

It was a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. My first contact was Eileen, who became my most frequent contact. Matthew came to the home to do the measurements and give me an estimate. Once I agreed to the terms, an installation date was set. I was in constant contact with Eileen who answered all my questions and concerns. The delivery date was met and the installation went very smoothly. Company was fantastic! They were courteous and prompt with both their estimate and their work. Their design took advantage of the unique layout of my closet (it has an angle) something a Home Depot referred company was unable to do. Price was about 35% less than the other bid I had. Unlike the other company, Closet Wizard did not use any high pressure to get me to include another closet and to reduce the cost. It was a totally positive experience. I chose another company because I liked their design a little better and I didn't feel it would be fair to ask him to do someone else's design. I know that he would have happily made any design changes I wanted but I kind of feel that the company that did the other design should get to do the work. I have no doubt that I would have been happy with The Closet Wizzard if I had chosen them.

They were awesome from start to finish and always kept in contact with me as we progressed along on this difficult process of coordinating all of the pieces to completion. They get an A+++ and 2 Gold Stars. If I need any other cabinet work, I will definitely use them again.

They were punctual and very thorough in giving me design options on the spot during the estimate. I received drawings a couple of hours later via email with a full estimate and delivery date options. The day of installation, the technicians were also punctual and courteous. They arrived at 9am and were done by 4pm. It did take long but they were not obtrusive in any way. I am very happy with the end result and will be calling them for future projects.

Closet Wizard installed my walk-in closet which consisted of 2 jewelry drawers, 4 clothes drawers and several shoe/ purse racks. It was done in a cherry wood with brushed nickel handles. Beautiful! Everyone who visits me want to see my closet. They were very professional from the design/ quoting process, to sending me drafted layouts of the designed space to the arrival and installation. I will definitely use them for my next installations.
