What a unprofessional business. I want there to get a price on something. I had an appointment. The person come yells from the back they will be out. They sit down, as I describe what I wanted all they said was no. Cannot to that cannot to this. The man was not only opinionated that his way was the only right way, but that everything I wanted was wrong and impossible, Finely, he prices a unit mush less than I wanted. I left there, went somewhere else, not only were they much more professional, they offer 3D drawings of what I wanted, gave me exactly what I wanted and were $1100 less expensive. And I have done business with the less expensive company, they do great work, This is the 7th home I have renovated and have never had an issue like this with a closeted company. Shop around there are much better companies with more state of the art systems and people that will treat you like a valued customer.

I hired them because it was just closet organizers and they had the install date I wanted. What a mistake! The owner, Matthew Goldberg, who did the estimate was an operator, but I wanted the closets fast, That was a mistake. I not only didn't get what I ordered, there was damage to furniture and a closet door in my home. Please note, if you are a pet owner this is NOT A PET FRIENDLY COMPANY and will not install if your pets are home. The first install crew was disrespectful and told me they "wouldn't work with people who treat their pets like people," and left without installing. The company was able to send out a 2nd crew the same day and they were OK, but damaged furniture and a bifold door in my closet. One of the organizers in the pantry is OK, but not exactly fine craftsmanship, and the other two were not made to my specifications, with 12" shelves instead of 16". I was supposed to get a CAD file to confirm the design but never received it, and when they showed up to install of course it was wrong. When I spoke with the owner to complain and ask for it to be fixed Matthew said, "I'm filthy rich and don't need your money," so I stopped payment and called my credit card company and moved forward with another closet company to replace the units with the shelves too shallow for my needs. Then an hour later, he changed him mind and got in touch to indicate he wasn't as filthy rich as he thought, and was going to call a lawyer to ensure I paid. No way. I didn't get what I ordered and there was extensive damage to my home. Thankfully, I was on high alert after the first crew left and took before pictures of all the doors and furniture, and can prove all the damage, and will be right there with a countersuit if he pursues it. Perhaps even if he does not, because there is significant damage to my home. Just don't do business with this guy, particularly if you're female. Perhaps if he wasn't doing so much mansplaining during the estimate, and listened more, the shelves would have been right. If he'd indicated they weren't pet friendly, I would never have hired him, but he pretended to be OK with the dog when he was here. His installers demanded I put the dog out in 90 degree heat. Enough said, no?? Go with someone else for your closets, no matter what this guy promises!!!

Outstanding service. Beautiful workmanship, solid construction, and at a very affordable price. Closet Wizzard also built our custom closets in our old house and the results were just as good as this time.

Closet Wizard, Matt and crew really came through for us in a big way with a huge closet project. After dealing with so many lousy South Florida contractors during a massive renovation, it was such a huge relief to find a company that came through in ways that went above and beyond expectations. The project consisted of 4 larger size/master closets, a couple kids closets, an office shelf display, and linen closets. The job was actually completed ahead of the estimated time which was a giant relief. Will definitely use Closet Wizard for any future closet needs and will be recommending them to my mom who is also undergoing a new house project.

The initial estimate and meeting with the sales person went well. They showed up on time and seemed to be knowledgeable. At least until i started asking questions. I asked to come to their office to look at a sample of the cabinet they were going to use. The salesperson told me that did not have any garage cabinets to show me. I then emailed them to see it i could get a drawing on how the cabinets were constructed. I was relied to immediately that the sales person would call. No reply from the sales person. I then emailed again, was was given the same reply. The salesperson would call. He did call, but we played phone tag for a while. I then called the office to see if i could talk to someone else. I told her that i was just trying to find out how the cabinets were constructed. She said to stop buy the office and she would show me. I stopped by the office and was told when i got there that they had no garage cabinets to show me, butt hey had other ones that were constructed the same way. I was satisfied with that. I then asked the sales person if i could pick out the color and he gave me several color samples and said they were all the same price. I picked one out and then was told that the one i picked was 10% more. Closet Wizard is much to hard to do business with. I just gave up at that point and left.

Project 1: Two master bedroom closets. We brought in our closet measurements and the layout of the closet system at our prior home. Eileen helped us select a design that would maximize the space (including shoes, lots of shoes). Closet Wizzard was very flexible scheduling both the measurement and subsequent installation around our schedule and the house closing. The installation was seamless, on time..all the things you hope for. Approx $8,000 Project 2: Guest bedroom. We were so pleased with the master closets we started thinking what else we could "organize". The guest bedroom had an oversized closed..so again with measurements in hand, we met with Eileen and designed hanging space for our guests and used the entire back wall to build out linen storage. Looks exactly how I expected and improved my storage unbelievably. Same easy scheduling with measurement and installation..including a blip due to the hurricane in October that impacted a floor covering installation in the closet that needed to completed first...so Closet Wizzard rescheduled our installation! Approx $2,000 Now, we are wondering...what project is next!

Did not hire Used "Closet Factory" Designer enthusiastic, color 3D picture of design and competitive price. Other "designers" unimpressive and designs looked like 1st grade illustrations

We contacted Closet Wizzards and Matthew came in a matter of days to design two master suite closets for us, as well as designing a custom linen closet. On the day of the installation, four gentlemen came to our house to do the install. They were polite, courteous, and very professional. They spent most of the day building our closets and the linen closet and when they were done cleaned up completely. Its a new home, and after we moved in (2 days later) we realized that storage was at a minimum. We again called Closet Wizzards and Matthew was here in a couple of days helping us design storage systems for the garage. Three days later, his crew came back in and did the install. Again...the guys are great. If you're in the market for closets and storage, we highly recommend Closet Wizzards.

The fit and finish is exceptional. The only issue occurred during the initial quote phase. The initial quote was significantly lower than the ultimate price because the company did not realize the cost of the top material that I wanted to use (quartz or caeserstone) so they underpriced that material. That was disappointing when we went to proceed to find out that it was $1-2k more than the quote. We ultimately sourced the top of the desk from a stone place where we had better selection and price. Overall, the design is beautiful and it is a high quality product that looks great in our space. My only piece of advice is to make sure that they understand the costs of the products you want to use if it is outside of what they normally do to avoid a disparity between the initial quote and final cost. They are very easy to work with and I would not hesitate to use them for our master closets when we're ready.

They came out to give an estimate on date and time promised. Installers came out on date and time promised. Installed system as promised with issues. Will use them again.

Met with rep (son of owner) a few times to develop plans, visited the store to see the options, met the owner and discussed a particular design request. Installation was to be coordinated with the final steps of a remodel of a master bath. As the date drew near we went over the design one more time by email and confirmed in person. The install team came in and did their thing in a workmanlike and professional manner. As they were leaving, it was clear that had not gotten the message about the two design modifications that had been agreed to: one extra shelf and and trimming one cabinet's shelves by 1 inch in the back to allow for hanging jewelry inside the front door of the cabinet. They said it was not on their work order, but no big deal, they could always come out and do a new shelf. So I paid them in full, and have now spent three months waiting for them take action. There is an additional item of an improperly glued and trimmed strip of laminate that needs to be fixed; it catches on clothing and will eventually tear off the shelf if not trimmed and glued down. I called the rep the day of the job and he promised to stop out the next day with a fix. He then got busy and postponed to the following week. Then did not show and did not call. He did respond to my follow up email, sent three weeks after the no-show, saying he had to ask his dad how to proceed. No response for a month. Then I sent an email reminding him of me still being alive and asking how the plan was coming along; he said he remembered the job. One more month goes by and still no response. I have given up, I'll fix it myself. This has been a matter-of-fact transaction. I planned ahead and everything was confirmed in writing and in person. There have been no arguments and no drama. I ordered upgraded materials and never asked for a discount. I recommended a relative of mine to them who will be arriving in town this winter to take possession of a newly built house that will require massive closet installations. An outcome like this, with a service failure after an otherwise successful installation, prompts me to warn others not to expect anything from this provider (such as warranty work) after you pay them, and not to pay them in full until a few days after service is completed.

They came out and measured everything and then provided a detailed estimate within days. I paid the deposit and was put on the schedule for installation. They kept me up to date on the progress and showed up the date of installation as promised. The installers did a very professional job - making sure that everything was installed properly. They also were able to put up insulation on the back side of the bookcase which faced into my sewing room for a quilt design wall. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I couldn't be more happy!

Matthew and team did a GREAT job with the consultation, design and installation of the closets. Matthew was very helpful in determining layout and knowing what would work best given some nuances with the larger walk-in closet (e.g. had an air return duct through the back wall/floor). Based on the dimensions to work with, he was able to quickly advise how to best use the space we had. I would have no idea had I been left to the "DIY" units available at Home Depot (e.g. our reach in is about 10 inches deeper than a normal closet, he designed two floor to ceiling shoe racks on each side that would benefit from the extra space). He really understands what works and what doesn't given his many years in the business. I have no doubt the design was the best it could possibly be. The lead installer was very professional and helpful especially since our house was older and had a few weird angles and such given the many renovations/improvements over the years - especially in the laundry room. They cleaned the units, covered the screw holes, caulked when needed, etc to make it look really professional. You immediately notice the construction is very substantial as they use 3/4" boards, nice solid metal hardware, etc. My guess is we doubled our usable space in these three rooms and the laundry room is no longer an eyesore and the closets look great. I have no doubt we will get our money back on these when it comes time to sell AND get to enjoy them every day. Not sure how I made it so long without having premium, yet cost effective, closets... Will not hesitate to call them for my next project.

Great experience from start to finish. On time for both the consultation and the installation. The owner was great to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results. This company has a wide range of finishes - I chose a basic black MDF/Veneer. I felt the price was good based on the materials used.

First class service, highly recommended. They will come to your place tell you exactly what you need, design, built and install. Really professional in all aspects.

Matthew Goldstein, the owner of The Closet Wizzard, Inc, is the consummate professional. He met me at my new condo and even arrived early. After telling him about the office furniture and closets that I wanted built, he proceeded to draw detailed sketches so that I could actually see what they would look like. The drawings were amazing and actually looked like they were done on a computer! He gave me a estimate on the spot and then followed up with a formal email proposal. Matthew was extremely well prepared to answer all my questions and to provide me with samples of materials that he would be using. I did drive to The Closet Wizzard office to look at additional samples and made my final decision at that time. The installation was flawless! I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the impeccable attention to every detail. The two installers did a beautiful job and took great pride in their work. They left absolutely no dust or any remnants of construction. An "A" grade does not accurately reflect my experience with The Closet Wizzard, Inc. I'd have to say that this company deserves an A+++ grade and nothing less! I would, without hesitation, highly recommend The Closet Wizzard, Inc. It was so refreshing to have a totally uncomplicated experience with extremely reliable professionals.

Arrived promptly, very nice, gave good suggestions. I was sure I would go with him until two days later when I had not heard back. He came on Thursday and I got the estimate Saturday evening, and it did not include the drawings they said I would get. I emailed back requesting the drawings and was told the assistant would resend them. I did get a call from her a couple of days later but I already chose another firm by then. I will say I liked this firm very much but their response was just too slow for me, I needed a quick response so I could move forward. I would give them another shot in the future. Their price was about the same as the firm I used.

Great! Installers were extremely professional and fast. It was a pleasure and I will most definitely recommend Closet Wizzard.

Everything was great. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, the installers were punctual and friendly, and the quality of the work was excellent. They did such a good job, in fact, that I used their services for additional projects.
