They are always great! I am very happy with Stanley Steemer. They always leave everything nice and clean. They come when they say they are coming. From setting up the appointment to getting the work done is usually flawless. I intend to use them again.

It turned out very well. I felt it wasn’t that expensive. The guys who came were courteous and helpful. Anything that needed moving they did that and they were careful of our possessions. I am going to call them to have my carpet cleaned. I thought they were really good.

James Goodwin and associate arrived in a timely fashion. They worked at a quick pace. They were very thorough; covered areas in proximity of vent areas. They cleaned up after themselves and returned everything in proper order. They were pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

They were very conscientious and very careful. They did a great job, and it was the best steam cleaning I’ve had.

The service men were cheerful, professional and did not mind when I added items to the job. Problem was they were too fast, did not clean thoroughly and my carpets were wet for 3 days. My socks were constantly getting grey during that time.

I have always found this company to be prompt and courteous . They do a great job. Not sure it is the cheapest around...but we have always received great work from them.

It was a fantastic service, they were in and out and they explained everything for me in detail. Their estimate was exactly what I was charged for and the guys were great. The carpets were cleaner than ever and the floors looked brand new.

The service they provided were fairly priced. I like the fact that they came in and did the rug cleaning. They protected the furniture that was there, and they did it quickly and efficiently. What i did not like is that all the stains came right back about a month or two. It is an old rug and I honestly think that they probably could have told us that the stains would probably come back, but they were just engaged to sell their products.

Very happy with results and how fast they did it all. A little more than I wantedor planned to spend--but was worth it.

the arrived on time and looked over the house and gave us an estimate bsed on the sizes of rooms and the florring type ( carpet, tile, etc.) but it was given by sq ft, sq yd, etc so impossible to tell what the final total might be. Since they were alreaddy there with their equipment we had them go ahead and do the work. In the end the tile was indeed cleaner and they carpets were a bit cleaner, but many stains still remained inthe carpets. They ten convinced us that stain guard woudl be necessary to add to keep the carpet clean and that we shoudl also have the couches and couch pillows cleaned. They were very good salesmen! by the time they were done we had spent way more than we planned and I don't really think it was all worth it.

The man who gave the estimate was also the same man who did the work. He was punctual, knowlegeable and very professional. He came a bit early, did what he said he would do, and asked if I was happy with everything before he finished. He retouched up a couple of spots that I wanted redone. He was flexible with the household needs ( we had to have it done within a narrow window of time) and he was pleasant to deal with. I was pleased with the result and price.

Person arrived on time, was friendly, articulate, explained everything, finished quickly removed difficult stains.

My mother needed her carpets cleaned, so we contacted Stanley Steemer, a firm we had utilized for the same services three years earlier. The phone representative was knowledgeable and courteous and setup the service date as requested. The two service technicians arrived at my mother's house on the scheduled date on time and were professional and courteous. Overall, we were pleased with the services provided.

They were unwilling to honor their advertised price, so I did not use them.

They cleaned the tile in our entire house while it was empty before we moved in. They chipped one of the tiles in the kitchen. They representative out they wanted to patch it, I told them that I have new tile they could use to replace the chipped tile. He said he would have to check with his manager and I never heard from them again. They're price was pretty expensive as well.

For the price, the service rendered was sub-standard. The cleaner, Marco, was supposed to clean cream colored carpet that was heavily trafficked only in certain areas, so I asked him to concentrate on only those areas. He pre-sprayed the areas, but as he was going around with the long vacuum, he simply went over it quickly once and kept going,not looking to see if the area was really cleaned. I had to instruct him to go over the areas AGAIN. In the end, he left the areas in front of two barca loungers lighter, but not really cleaned. For what I paid, I am NOT satisfied with the level of work. Also, the truck had no catch basin for the dirty water and soapy, dirty water was running down the driveway and into the street. I'm sure my neighbors didn't appreciate that as neither did I. When I asked Marco about it, he simply shrugged and said, "So?" Like that's the was it's supposed to be. Last year, I used Stanley Steemer and a very nice man came and spent 3 hours steam cleaning. When he left, my rugs looked brand new. So, this year, I requested the same man. Five minutes before arrival, the office called and said he was unavailable and unless I wanted to wait an extra day, Marco would substitute. Naturally, I assumed that all the cleaners were alike so I agreed. Marco finished in 2 hours. Also, he kept asking me if I wanted additional sprays for the chair and I kept saying no. I felt like he was trying to push up what was already a high price. Between the disgusting water left in my driveway, the ridiculous price, the still dirty spots in front of the barca loungers and the hard sell, suffice to say I will not be using them ever again.

They have very good customer service. The pricing is very good as well. The actual outcome is good quality.

I was pleased with their service, but they kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I would probably not use them in the future.
