The appointment was set and paid for air duct cleaning. On that date, 2 guys come in and started looking at the air ducts and the air conditioner, then proceeded to tell me what kind of maintenance packages their company provides, and how much the costs would be. I thought they were trying to sale me extra, to get me to pay more for their upgrade service, so I said let's wait on the fancy stuff. Then they started packing up and taking the equipment out the house and getting ready to leave. So I said what about the cleaning? The air duct cleaning that I've already paid!. They were totally surprised. Their office have never told them to come here to clean and work, so these 2 men thought they are here only to give me price estimate. Because of the office carelessness, both the 2 crews and I have wasted 25 min going through that sale pitch which was not even necessary.

Stanley Steemer sent an excellent coucn cleaner, (Eugene) to clean our couch. He is by far the best cleaner I have ever seen. He was hard-working, respectful, prompt to respond, and he even made sure to clean up any residue on the carpet before he left. He was PERFECT! He also had a young helper 9gugrold) who was also very helpful.

They were clean. They were on time. They did the work with out holding me there all day long. They were very good.

The office was very responsive after I bought my coupon. I knew that the job would cost more than my coupon because I have a large house with a lot of vents and two returns. Two men arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They explained additional charges for extra vents and for mold prevention services. Apparently, the coupon is only good for the cleaning of the vents, but not extra sanitizing, etc. We have allergies and this house, which we had recently purchased had some water damage so we wanted to be sure to get out mold. I have to admit I was rather surprised how $160 turned into $1100. As I previously said, I expected the cost to be at least double the coupon and had prepared myself for $500-$600. I could have kept the price down by foregoing the extra services, but that was my choice. Overall, the work performed was very good and they cleaned up before they left.

They were very professional. They moved things around, instead of just cleaning around things. They put them back where they needed to be. They were very polite, very thorough, and very careful not to get water on my stainless steel appliances and kitchen cabinets that were close to the floor. They did a very thorough job.

They did a good job. They also did a good job cleaning my couch. I would recommend their services to others and feel like their prices were fair.

They brought one truck which didn't have enough power to complete the work so they had to come back with a more powerful one. They were flexible and worked with my schedule.

I am upset with how much money it cost and hope I did not get ripped off

I was dealing with allergies at a new place I had bought. Pretty sure that the previous owner never bothered to use an AC filter. I had an allergy test done and found that I was allergics to dust mites and also to weed pollen from the nearby pond. Medication wasn't enough and seem to only try to stifled the symptoms so I decided to try to reduce the allergens I was exposed to as much as i could. Amongst other things i decided to clean my air ducts as it probably wouldn't hurt. My previous experience with air duct cleaners was with a company advertises via a flyer in the mail and after that experience I decided I wanted some company I could trust. I decided to go with the Stanley Steamer deal, they were very professional. The first day they came, a Rico and Kevaughn came in an inspected the AC and ducts and what impressed me was that they suggested that I clean the air handler first (they open it up slightly and showed me the air blower and said that they weren't qualified to remove the unit and clean it). This I did via another Angie's list provider but it took another 2 weeks to install because of delays. The second team that came cleaned the ducts and sprayed some disinfectant and anti-allergens into the ducts. If I can post some pictures I would try as it may help someone else like me decide whether to go with duct cleaning (mostly for someone to compare with services that they might have gotten from someone else)

My apartment needed some urgent repairs and my landlord said I could just hire someone to clean all my air vents instead of doing it myself I called stanley.

Recommend using Stanley Steemer to my friends as they showed up on time explained all options they offer and were very thorough and professional.

Did not call me before getting to my house as requested but agreed very nicely to wait until I got home 25 minutes later. The work was performed professionally and expediently by Rito and Nick. After finishing they cleaned the areas adequately. I would have preferred that they did not try to sell additional services but I guess they are supposed to do that; in any case I benefited from the fact that they showed me that the A/C unit and coil need to be cleaned. The price they offered to do it was very competitive but I decided to do it with my regular A/C person. In summary, I am very satisfied with their service and will not hesitate calling them again for this or similar cleaning services

The company was fine. My husband just decided that we shouldn't do it at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for honoring the refund. I should have done the research before purchasing.

The Stanley Steemers specialists were very professional. The called before coming and came on time. After previewing the job they examined the air/heat unit and reviewed their findings. They provided coverings where needed, cleaned thoroughly and efficiently and discussed their findings after. I was concerned about possible mold in the ducts as we do live in Florida and was thrilled to find we had none. After completing the process they vacuumed all areas . I was very impressed with Stanley Steemer and will definitely use them again!

The couch had been through a decade of use and although they did clean it, they missed a few areas. I took it back to them and they were more than happy to correct the issue.

Men arrived on time, we're very professional and knowledgeable. They explained all the services available with regard to the services I had requested. They informed me of other services available. They worked very hard and well and did a good job. They answered all my questions. They moved the pieces of furniture necessary and placed them back. Had a Groupon for up to 10 vents, so the price wasn't as bad as it would have been without this savings. We've all seen the commercials for the airduct cleaning . . . it was nothing like this. The two reps that came to do the work were tired (last appt. of the day and they were an hour late), explained nothing unless I asked, never showed me an evidence of how much dirt the removed, and dented most of my metal vents when reinstalling them. I haven't noticed any difference with the kids allergies or the a/c until running any better. Unless you have pets and lots of animal hair/dirt in your vents (which we don't), save your money and skip this service.

They were very professional. They were very thorough and looked into things. They put those botties on so they wouldn’t get my house dirty, but I just ended up going with another company that had better pricing.
