AC Duct Cleaning
Description of Work: I got fleeced. I asked for duct cleaning, didn’t get duct cleaning, and somehow managed to spend > $2,000 only to end up with a broken AC unit requiring a separate $250 in repairs by an actual HVAC company. I thought I was ready for an upsell, but man was I wrong. The guys inspected the ducts and said they were clean. They proceeded to clean the air handlers very well, and the vents. They also suggested and hard-sell in duct UV filtration units. They said they were $1000 but I got a “discount” of $850 for a big job. One worked, the other led to damage in the AC transformer because they wired the unit backwards. They couldn’t figure out what it was and blamed my thermostat. When the HVAC expert came he suggested a top of the line UV unit which cost $500 (rather than $1,000) that he would install for $185 after I bought it off of Amazon. And he had to spend 90 minutes fixing their mistakes. While I might use them again for floor cleaning, I am disillusioned by the combination of a hard up-sell and lack of expertise. Would recommend to stay away. I will try to ask for a partial refund and de-install

They were here on time and they cleaned the carpets, but they are already dirty again and they did the job on February the third. It already looks like a heard of elephants went over it and its only me and a 3 pound puppy. They were on time though and friendly. I also believe that they are too strict on their guarantee for their service.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet throughout our whole house, which is a total of six rooms of carpet. There were no stains; it was just a routine cleaning.

All of the stains were successfully removed. They make sure to call you after the job is completed for a follow up. The price was not good though. I basically was not very impressed with the overall experience.
Description of Work: They came and cleaned four rooms of carpets in our home as well as a hallway. There were stains that had to be removed.

They came out and cleaned the carpet and the tile. We were unhappy with some of the work because it was not clean around the edges of the carpet or tile. We had them come back out a second time and did a little better job on the tile edges, but the carpet was still not good. They came out a third time and told us we would have to pay more for them to use a different tool around the edges of the carpet, and pay more if we wanted them to reseal the grout, which would fix the tile issue.
Description of Work: Hired them to clean the carpet and tile, and all the flooring in the home, after we had moved in.
