Description of Work: originally I was just getting the a/c ducts cleaned, but when they came to the house one of the guys showed me that I had some mold in my a/c unit. I feel like I got talked into doing a lot more things than I should've. I ended up spending a lot of money, and I feel like I got ripped off because was afraid of the mold. I don't know if they did a good job or not because I don't know anything about duct cleaning. I just have to hope that they did the right thing.

Description of Work: I got an estimate for upholstery cleaning and air duct cleaning about 8 months ago. It was two young guys that came to do the estimate. I didn’t think they had that much experience, which is why I didn’t go with this company.

Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate which I got,Told them that I needed to speak to my wife on setting up appointment and would call back and book. I called back within 5 minutes and when I did,the price was higher by over 60 dollars and I asked to speak to the person I originally spoke to which I gave my name to and phone number and they could not find that person nor the record of my call. i called a third time thinking I would get the person I originally spoke to, but didn't so I asked for a quote and and it was higher then the first two. What a way to run a business!!I called another company and booked with them, in which I save a lot of money based on the quotes from Stanley.

Description of Work: I had a wool area rug that was severely soiled by 5 dogs all being ill at the same time. This company showed up on time, cleaned the rug above my expectations, handled themselves professionally, all at a very fair price. Having poor experiences in the past with other companies, I will always call this one when I have the need.
