Description of Work: Luke was a real professional and worked efficiently, even fixed something behind the washer that had come detached. He said he always carries a few extra screws in case he can fix something simple for a customer. His office staff Christine was warm and friendly and scheduled the service call at my convenience. This was my first encounter with Angies list and it was a winner.
