Description of Work: Great service, they came and fixed one issue. Next couple days something else broke which was not cost effective to fix. They suggested I purchase a new washer so he took the parts out that he just installed to fix the previous issue and gave me a refund for those. Only ended up charging me for the diagnostic. I was pleasantly surprised.

He also fixed the folding door to the laundry room since it was sticking. I couldn't have asked for anything more and would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I am an absentee landlord for a condo in FL. My tenant complained that the washer was making a lot of noise. I live in NJ. This company quickly arranged an appt with my tenant, called me to let me know when the appt was and then called me to authorize services. They took my credit card over the phone and sent me an invoice. They were conservative in their repair, indicating that they just needed to tighten some screws up. They cleaned my dryer vent and replaced the hood oustide the apartment. I"d definitely call them again.
