Description of Work: They came in and began their work almost immediately. They began to cut and remove all carpeting from the apartment. they removed the wood trim that the carpet was attached to. They carefully swept and removed all materials from the floors. They then began to lay the insulation material on the floors in all rooms and areas. All this time they carefully moved around all the apartment furniture and worked around them. They then layed out the floor plan prior to beginning to lay the laminate. Once that phase was completed they began to put down the laminate. They worked all day doing this and periodically moved the furniture around so that they were able to continue. They completed the installation by the end of the day and did all the necessary tim work and the fastenings. They then carefully cleaned up and carefully replaced all apartment furniture in their proper locations. I've never had to call them back because they did it right and carefully the first time ! They are a very caring and reliable business and I would be pleased to recommend them.

Description of Work: They came on time, removed ALL the carpeting in the apartment, cleaned the floors, and then proceeded to put down the insulation material as required by condo governing documents. Once the insulation material was put down they immediately began installing the laminate flooring. They carefully moved furniture as needed, and carefully returned to original location when finished installing the laminate in that area. They did this throughout the apartment and worked until late afternoon to complete the installation and see that all was clean and neat prior to their departure. Update: We went to their store and were given choices and explanations of the various qualities of flooring materials. We were given a number of samples and styles of flooring to take home and look and decide what style and quality of flooring we would like to have.The owner then came to our apartment and measured the square feet of flooring that would be needed and then based on style and quality we were given the price for the installation.Subsequently a date was set and around 9:00 AM that date the owner and two employees showed up and began to carefully remove all the carpeting, carefully move all furniture and began to lay the new underlayment and then the flooring. They worked ALL day to do this and by late afternoon were all done. They saw to it that all furniture was properly replaced cleaned up carefully and left. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SALES APPROACH, PRICING AND INSTALLATION AND CLEANUP.WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: They replaced the carpet and padding in our master bedroom(42 square yards).

Description of Work: I ordered carpeting which was very competitively priced. The owner installed it, and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself, and finished exactly on time. Very clean, courteous, and reasonable. Excellent job.
