Over 5 months after notifying them window was cracked. Virtually no response to calls or emails. Builder finally got response. Workers were sent on 2 separate occasions only to say they were given incorrect glass and needed to order correct glass. Crack is now longer and we are out of patience.

They scammed us, their contractor gave us proper invioces and stole our money, he partially installed windows in our home - with no permits- never finished the job and skipped town. The only solution we were offered was to sue them. That is fun, should we really wait 2 years while we go through the already inundated legal system and hold up all of the renovations we have contingent on the windows? Horrific experience.

Do not use this company! I cannot stress that enough. My experience with them has been one headache after another. Almost one year later after this roughly $26,000 job, I am left with a unfinished work, two mis-installed sliding glass doors, and a cracked kitchen granite counter. The lead installer was not present for most of the job. A dysfunctional brand new front door was installed so I could not open my front door for 6 weeks! My windows were not installed to inspection code, so they had to be completely torn out and reinstalled in order to pass inspection. While removing the kitchen windows installed by their own company, the new installer cracked my kitchen granite. He stated he expected the windows to be installed in a different manner, so in removal he cracked the granite. They promised to fix the granite and sent a company to measure my kitchen and give an estimate. Later they offered me 33% of the estimate given by their recommended company, and expect ME to pay for the remainder. Two sliding glass doors had the stopper installed in the wrong spot, not according to manufacturer instructions, so my two brand new PGT doors do not open properly. The trim on my front door is still not installed! They also caused me much time away from my self employed job to be home for numerous appointments to try to fix their mistakes. There are many lost wages due to their mistakes. They clearly hire employees that do not know what they are doing, they are unprofessional and not accountable for their mistakes, they do not stand by their work, and they clearly do not value customers. Unfortunately, I am now going to have to waste more of my valuable time suing them just to get my house back to the same condition it was in before their work. Not only did they not do the job properly and in a timely manner, but they caused more damage to my home, and the job was never finished. BEWARE! Do not even consider hiring this company.
