I had used Regency Shutter for a project last year with a very positive outcome. I recently joined Angie's List and selecting them again was a given.

Bernie, the president, came out himself to show us examples of their work. We wanted real wood shutters for our windows and for a double French door. Bernie quoted us the price with a 6 week window given for production. The installer, Mike, came out to measure and help us pick the stain. We thought we would have to do custom color for our wood frames, but they had such a wide variety, we picked one they had because it was so close. They came out perfect and you would not guess it wasn't a custom color. They are 3 1/2 " shutters on 9 windows and the double door. They are beautiful! The whole company was extremely courteous and professional. I wish all businesses would be half as good. They definitely set a benchmark for meeting homeowner expectation. Now I want these shutters on all my windows!!

I love working with this company. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, beginning with Irene and Michael, who have been at my house to do the initial estimates. When I called Regency Shutters for the second wave of installations, everyone remembered me from my first order which occurred a few years ago. I love the continuity at this company, it is really rare these days. I waited about three weeks to get my shutters and the installers arrived right on time. David and the other installer worked quickly and efficiently and installed the shutters beautifully. Yes, they do a great job at Regency Shutters, and there is one more reason I recommend them without reservation. I recently had new windows installed which wrecked havoc on some of the plantation shutters which were installed a few years ago. I really liked the way Michael at Regency Shutters was willing to go back and re-align and re-adjust them for me. He, along with the whole Regency Shutters crew, really aim to please and put the customer first. They are worth every penny.

They did a good job. For the most part, everything went smoothly and it was a good expierience. We had received several estimates and their price was comparable. The reason we chose this company over others is because they manufacture the shutters locally where as most of the competitors inport them from China. The shutters were available 2 weeks after ordering. The sales representitive (Elaine) was very helpful and helped us choose a color as well as the size of the slats. We did not want a frame across the bottom because we have marble windowsills and they agreed to make them this way. They came out and measured twice and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The only problem that we had was that the installer (Steve) did not show up on the day and time that they were scheduled and the installer did not call to let me know that he would be late. I called the company and they contacted the installer and he was running late from a previous job. We rescheduled and he came right on time and did a great job installing them as well as explaining to me how to care for the new shutters. I would use them in future.
