Price Flooring

Description of Work: Installedlaminate flooring. After a couple of months noticed bubbling at edge of slats in both bedrooms. Said that I must have dropped water on floor. One bedroom is a guestroom and nobody has been in there since floor went down and I did not walk around my bedroom dripping water all over the floors. Have talked to installer several times and cannot get anyone from the Price Flooring to respond to my telephone calls,

Description of Work: Its what they DID NOT DO.....I really don't want to waste any more time on them.

Description of Work: The installation is contracted out. Grout was 3 different colors and did not match adjacent flooring. After 1 day of not returning 2 calls, I called again the next morning and spoke with Christina. I explained the problem and asked how this would be resolved. She told me to be patient, the installer would need to correct it and I would hear from them. I called back late in the day to check and was rudely told I must be patient. I emailed Peter Price on Wednesday and asked his help to expedite the process since we had other contractors coming in to do drywall and painting. He said he had pictures and the job looked great and that I chose the grout color with him. I never met him, never selected grout color. He told me I would hear from installer within the next day and to call him if I did not hear anything. I had to call Peter again and finally heard from the installer late Thursday and he said he would be out Saturday. When he didn't show up, I called him and it turned out Price contacted the wrong installer. The correct installer showed up a week later and determined there was a problem with the grout and had to order from manufacturer which took another ten days. | |The job got finished this morning. It looks great. But the people at Price never called again or checked to see what was happening about the problem. Once they sell the product, they hand off to an installer and it's your problem. They were rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all in solving the problem. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They were very professional had 1 little problem with water drainage i left corner. called them up sent the same installers and enlarged the weeping holes and put a couple of extra weeping holes and that solved the problem. the whole job went smoothly. The sales people were very nice ,very helpful even let me take 1 tile whom and place it on my patio to see if we like it. we would definitely recommend them highly and will use them again. we originally used them for carpet and we were very satisfied with them so we went back to use them for our tile in our patio.
