We could not be happier, PerfecTemp came out and made our pool heater functional again! Now we're back in the pool every single day! Great crew! Fast, effective, reasonable prices for excellent service and a job well done!

I called Perfectemp on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for the following day. No one called or showed up. I called again on Wednesday and one of the owners, Shaun, came over that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable on my unit and performed a series of tests to diagnose the problem. He replaced a part and successfully tested the unit to verify the fix. He asked me if I wanted to keep the new part and I said yes because I wanted it fixed. The price of the part was $226 and when I questioned Shaun about the high price for such a small item, he claimed that was the price he paid. The next day, I searched several sites on the internet for equivalent parts and found the same one on three different sites for an average of about $74. Now, I can understand paying a premium over that amount to the installer so he can make some profit on the part, but 300% is outrageous. I called his office and left a message to talk about the part price but did not hear back. Needless to say, I feel as though I was ripped off.

5/13 I called and reached an extremely pleasant and professional lady named Dottie. She took my number and said that one of the two owners would call me back. This never happened so I called back 5/22 and Ms. Dottie was very good at explaining that they are very busy and the two owners are working in the field. She said this is the reason, not an excuse. She was extremely professional and offered to get them to call me, but since it was a week and a half later, I felt I would stick with the companies I had lined up for estimates. I am thrilled this company is busy. It is possible my job to add a vent to a room is too small, I just expect a call back. I gave this company a and quot;Cand quot; on professionalism and overall experience because Ms. Dottie was so professional and pleasant.

Perfect Temp had previously performed work on the old air conditioner at the house I was buying on a short sale. I talked to them on the phone in May 2011 about the service provided to the previous owner and the condition of the A/C unit. They were very curtious and even provided a copy of the work invoice for the work performed in 2009. I knew that the A/C needed replacing prior to purchasing the house and had planned on using Perfect temp as one of the companies to give me an estamate on the replacement. When i saw that they were also listed on Angies list and highly rated at that, I made sure to have them provide an estamite. They only lost out by a few hundred dollars to another very highly rated Angies list company.

Although it was not the cheapest quote, it was a good value as the unit I purchased was a higher end, better-featured unit than what was included in most of the other quotes. He spent more time with me on the phone and in person than any other company, answering any and all questions I had, never in a rush to end the communication. Provided plenty of feedback but was never pushy. Offered a variety of add-ons and features but I always felt that I was in charge of the decision. I was never pressured and they were perfectly happy to give me whatever system, brand, size, features I wanted. They are more focused on selling you what you want and need, and making you happy than just pushing a certain brand or price point. The install guys were very friendly and curtious, and the job was done in a single day. They did a quality job, and I had no complaints of their craftsmanship.

They were able to come before the holiday. The technician was polite and efficient.
