It went well. Kind of fizzled at the end because we weren't ready to follow through on the steps recommended to us. Also, between the consulting provided by Moore Staging and the products/services we needed to purchase/acquire, things got expensive. Highly recommend Moore Home Staging & Design. Tracey has exceptional taste and design aesthetic. Make sure you're ready to go, and not in preliminary stages of thinking/planning.

It went very well, she is pleasant to work with and very professional. She brought the paint color paper sample for us to choose. She even requested the paint company to mail us the larger color sample paper which we received and very useful. She responded my e mail follow up questions quickly. I will definitely ask her again if some of the project she can personally involved and supervise the work..

Tracy showed up on time and was very nice. She was very good at listening and adapting to our tastes and added her professional opinions when necessary. For example, we picked a theme (beach/cottage) and some colors we liked (beige, pale green, etc.) and she helped us pick complementary colors, shades, and finishes. We painted one room at a time over the past six months or so and finally finished. We have already received a lot of nice complements on the colors! The service was well worth the price. I scheduled an appointment with her two months out. Had to cancel because I came down with the flu. Took several more times to schedule. Eventually we just decided to cancel deal because we could not schedule with her. She was just too busy.

It went well. I had hoped for suggestions beyond color. Had actually wanted staging but her interest was in color. I rent so haven't been sure I really could paint. But I am doing some. Tracy was very friendly and professional. He color sense was wonderful.

She was excellent and we have her coming back again next week. We have a very small house and it's very difficult to figure how to do stuff in this small house and she helped us figure out how to lay things out. She gave us very practical suggestions on things we should do and we shouldn't do, things that we were not able to figure out.

She really listened to what I had to say and did not try and force her opinions on me at all. It was obvious that she wanted me to be happy with the choices we made and pushed me a little to step outside the box in my thinking about colors. I had a couple of problem areas that she was able to make good suggestions for. She is up to the minute on the newest colors and the latest trends but doesn't push products on you. I was very happy with my experience with Tracy and would definitely recommend her to others.

She was helpful with picking out color schemes. She also answered all my questions. The scheduling was good. She was at our house for about half an hour. She was courteous, professional, and attentive.

It was okay. She had a really strong personality and opinions. We didn’t get very far into the house for the amount of time she was there. The scheduling was fine.

We sat and discussed my style, color preferences and desires to see change within the room. She them offered furniture placement ideas. One of which I never contemplated and will most likely use. Then we went over colors from her Benjamin Moore color cards. She was able to provide a very pleasing color palette for the room that would be cohesive with the Dining room which is within eye line. And offered a color option for the adjacent hallway. She was very understanding of keeping a woodstove that is very difficult to work around. And she was able to include it within her design ideas.

Above and beyond the call of duty! Tracy is smart, friendly and knows her stuff. Her taste is impeccable and her designs reflect the personalities of the client along with her own superb knowledge. Our renovation came out better than I ever imagined and I have Tracy to thank. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to spruce up a room OR do a renovation. Great taste and superb to work with!

Very professional and great choices of color.

This purchase of design advice was a total rip off. I paid the money and all I got in exchange was a marketing pitch. The answer to every question I posed was that the woman (Tracy Mullane) would need to spend many hours charging me $150 per hour before she could answer my questions. For example, I asked her about lighting for my living room and she said she could not tell me what lighting would work unless she could do a furniture plan. I asked her for other design ideas and was again told that she would need to spend several hours at $150 per hour to answer my questions. I asked a simple question about moldings for my front hallway and was told that my time was up. Interestingly, although I was told I had paid for two hours of her time, in fact, she arrived 15 minutes late and cut me off at one hour and 45 minutes. I wrote a polite follow-up email asking her to send me a couple of suggestions for moldings by email. I received no response at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason at all.

Everything went well. Stacey, the designer, was friendly and professional, offered helpful advice, and even went over the allotted two hours without charging any additional fees. She's also followed up to see how we were doing with a painter that she had recommended to us. Ultimately, it was a great experience and I would recommend her services to others.

She is difficult to contact, difficult to schedule and works on her own schedule. She is not afraid to cancel at the last minute. She did not hold up her end of the conversation. She was no help at all.

Wow. Tracy Mullane is a true professional who, in two hours, visualized new opportunities for our home. We are a family of 5 in a "well lived in" small colonial. I sometimes think our only option is to move our family into a bigger space but I'm not so sure anymore. Tracy thought of design ideas that would never have occurred to me that create the perception of space and add to the visual interest of our home. Professionalism is an understatement. Tracy kindly accomodated me even after I purchased her services without reading the fine print indicating our home is outside of her service area. |For those of you who would like to stay in your own home but need some updates and ideas for layout and color palattes, hire Tracy. You may just fall in love with your house all over again. For those of you who need staging for the sale of your home, you might not want to leave after you see what she can do. Highly recommended!

Our coupon purchase made this meeting possible...we are do-it-yourselfers. Tracy agreed to an appointment time to meet our schedule. Our biggest decision was on color palate. We threw out a lot of ideas on different things we liked but Tracy gave us a focus on one palate of colors based on our furniture style which would include painting of walls, ceilings as well as drapery and upholstery, etc. Her suggestions on furniture arranging, lighting and accents were also important to us. This appointment was everything we needed it to be and more. Once we get to doing all we discussed we may need her suggestions on some more details and would not hesitate to contact her again. Tracy is very pleasant, a professional and listened, as well as provided the insight & information to achieve our goals. Happy customers...thank you!

It has turned out very well. Her responsiveness is very good and I am still using her for other stuff. I am clueless with interior design and she has been very helpful in presenting me with ideas and listening to my interests; it has been a really nice collaboration.

I never received my quote that was promised to me.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It turned out really well. The woman who was the designer she was very nice and she did everything she said she was going to do, very professional, she had some good ideas I thought. It was just really a positive experience over all. We really only wanted some ideas, we weren't ready to pull the trigger on some of the stuff.
