FRIENDLY RESPONSE FROM OWNER/DESIGNER: It was unfortunate that she didn't receive my help, but we actually had 2 or possibly 3 appointments to meet, and she requested rescheduling the appointments. I returned her emails and got delayed response form her, then no response, which surprised me because she had a deadline with her construction schedule. I called her myself as I remembered she had the approaching deadline. I go out of my way to help people based on their deadlines. I was then informed on the phone that she no longer needed my services, so I then gladly offered her a refund, but was told that was not necessary and that she would get it back from Angie's List. I agreed that she could certainly do that. If she is not able to get her refund from Angie's List, I will gladly send her a refund, so I will contact AL to find out if she requested it. I managed to see over 75 new clients this spring, into summer, and always do my best to return emails, and calls in a timely way. Sometimes there is a slight delay since, in between consultations, I do staging projects, home renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, space planning, plenty of color consults, accessory and furniture shopping, window treatment design, and coordination of all the work- arrange meetings with my stellar contractors and the wonderful home owners. I'm also busy keeping up-to-date with fashion changes, seminars, continuing education and learning new software CAD that will make my services even smarter, better and faster. My offer of help still stands, but I will also now find out if the refund is pending from Angie's List, and make sure that at least the member can get her money back.
