I will continue to work with Tracy and look forward in hearing about more suggestions she has. I have never used a professional interior designer before and her suggestions were very informative. I learned about new techniques to modernize kitchen cabinets as well as other money-saving ideas. Had I not taken the advise of Tracy, i would have chosen the wrong wood flooring color. Tracy has a really good eye for wall colors and suggestions for furniture placement. I have a small living room and she was able to offer suggestions to make it look larger. I am very excited to start the process of designing my beach-themed condo,

It is an on going process, but I would say Tracy's attention to detail and knowledge will be a huge plus for a successful redesign.

I had wanted some opinions on colors and blinds for my bedroom. Tracy did help pick out colors but did not seem to really focus on my needs until near the very end of the appointment. Then she was writing down all her suggestions and contacts and told me she would email it to me. Several months passed and I never received it. When I did email her, asking her about it, she did send it. She did no follow up whatsoever. She was very pleasant and professional but not as helpful as I would have liked.

Tracy came to my house and we spent the next couple of hours talking about all kinds of different home improvement ideas. She is knowledgeable and professional. When the time comes for me to complete the renovations I have lined up, I would love to work with Tracy to see them to completion. I think she would add a lot of value to any project I do.

The consultation took 1 person about 2 hours to complete. Tracy also came by with a painter to help consult with paint colors. I thought that she was a good listener and was willing to work with us within our budget. The consultation fee was a good value. She also had good ideas to work with our existing décor and furniture. We are planning on using her service again.

She was prompt courteous, friendly and professional. The assessment started with the appearance of the house, thought garage and whole property. She noted some improvements already made, like dining/kitchen ceiling lighting and chandelier, and made suggestions for other places. Not always suggesting that work needed eg a wood lined study, just depending on situation like repainting all the chipped trims etc. suggestions were practical e.g.. just white walls for garage, and also geared to improve appearance, like adding some swags to main living -room window. We were very happy with the assessment.

Tracy is very professional and eager to help you with interior design ideas. I purchased an Angie's list deal because we recently purchased a new home and wanted some ideas. She was most helpful!! -- the only down side is the time (2 hours) goes by very quickly. Hiring an interior designer for all that we needed help with is not feasible right now. Tracy was not in any way trying to pressure me to hire her for more work. She was very pleasant and courteous and helped as much as she could in the short time frame we had -- in fact, I think she went a little over the time in the Angie's list "deal". I would definitely bring her back for more work.

It went great, Tracy was quick to respond, punctual and even stayed a couple of hours extra at no cost. We utilitized many of her ideas and our home looks much better than before. She was easy to work with, and adapted to our tastes very quickly. We were very happy with this big deal purchase.

Tracy was very nice and had some good suggestions but we were miles apart on our budgets. I had just completed a big kitchen/dining room project and I was working on a limited budget. In the end I went with my own original ideas and design. She did suggest the wall color that I ended up using and was very happy with.

Tracy provided excellent advice and consultation to prepare my house for sale. The results were excellent. My realtors said that they had never seen such an amazing mini-makeover for a modest expenditure (Tracy's fee plus the costs for other vendors). We had immediate offers and lots of excellent feedback on the house's presentation. I appreciated Tracy's honest feedback about the house--what had to go and what could be worked with. Her choice of colors for walls and carpets made the house much more appealing. The mini-makeovers of the bathrooms was a new approach for me and made a huge difference. She effectively managed a situation with one epoxy guy and quickly found a replacement to make things right. Her choice of furnishings and accessories was spot on. Throughout the process Tracy was friendly and professional. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the house ready. She made the whole experience much less stressful for me. The results were stunning and brought a high level of interest to the house. I'd definitely use Tracy again.

We really appreciated Tracy's input. My fiance and I were at a point where we needed a professional eye to come in and help us. She was able to incorporate feedback from both of us and we love where we ended up at the end of the session. Tracy also gave us the names of her trusted painters, carpenters and plasterers. In fact, she called them on the spot to make an appointment for us with them. Unfortunately, we didn't end up using any, but we found them all to be very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I'm sure if we had hired Tracy to manage our full project it would have come out beautifully. Unfortunately we just don't have that kind of money... Maybe next time!

Tracy was somewhat hard to reach because she doesn't answer calls when she is in an appointment (which is good) but she doesn't respond to voicemails (which is bad). But we were eventually able to schedule an appointment and she was able to provide good advice on wall colors for our kitchen and living room, and on what colors go well together. She pointed out things that we would not have thought about on our own (eg: did you think about whether or not you are going to paint your door trim?) and hooked us up with a pack of paint color samples which were useful when we were shopping around for kitchen countertops, cabinet colors, tiles, etc.

It was excellent! She was very thorough. She helped to design the house overall. She did an initial consultation. We were going to do the bathroom. She brought in samples of tile for the bathroom and helped us plan the future build-out of the house. We would definitely use her in the future.

I recently moved into a new apt and had some existing (old) furniture and decor and some new. I hired Tracy to look at the furniture layout as well to determine the best "look" for the apartment. I am in a restored mill building apt, so the one room living/dining/office space is a challenge. Tracy had some good/great ideas. I had to remain very open to her suggestions and not take things too personally if she thought an item needed to be removed from the apt. Now that she's completed her consultation, I have to decide which items I can part with and which have sentimental value and I'll choose to keep. She does ask you to take notes as she makes her assessments which I thought was helpful. The suggestions are in my words and it's easy to refer back to if time elapses before I get to everything. Lots to do but I'm excited to get it together with Tracy's suggestions.

I used them through a big deal on Angie’s List and my experience with them went very well. The person who came out had some pretty good ideas and she seemed pretty honest about what needed to be done and what did not have to be done. She was running late but she called upfront to inform me about this.

Tracey arrived on time and talked to me about what help I needed. She then very patiently went over many different choices that there are to see what my preferences might be for colors. She showed my different ways that I could go with different colors in keeping with my existing furniture/rugs. She spent two hours with me and we came out of this with a color scheme for my whole first floor. She even had some samples of the colors we choose sent to me so they are now on my walls so I can make sure they are what I want - they are. I am very happy with the colors and will be proceeding with painting - Yeah!

Tracey was very nice, and helped me with a few design aspects, particularly color schemes. Ultimately, she and I had different ideas of what the consultation was about - I was hoping for some clear, realistic and achievable pointers to improve the look in a few rooms in my home. I hoped she might be able to help me identify some strategic bang-for-your-buck purchases or changes that would add a stronger element of design for my new home. Instead, it seemed like I was told to address major things like changing all of our trim from cream to white, removing the paint texture on my ceiling or re-doing the 50s style rounded doorways. She also didnt seem to have a good sense of budget either -recommending expensive furniture or window treatments. Probably would be better suited to an overall design consultation for a less-budget-conscious customer and/or someone who's ready to make big changes in their home.

First impression was comforting. She was vibrant and excited about helping me meet my project goals. She reviewed the entire scope, offered suggestions, and recommended suppliers. In a word Tracy assumed management of the entire project. So far all I'm asked to do is follow the lead. For example. She had a supplier's supervisor call and set up a home visit at my convenience, a time to conduct measurements. Prior to that I had to visit the showroom and narrow selections prior to meeting with Tracy to decide on products. Which we did Tuesday, Aug. 7. Tracy got my agreement on choices. And to be certain made an unplanned visit to my home right after the selection process. We spent time going over choices, and adjusting, from sample books she obtained from the supplier. This will end up being a multistage project. Currently Stage 1: window treatments. All left for stage 1 is receipt of order and installation. (Could start early as week of Aug. 26. Stage 2 begins Tuesday, Aug. 27 with another visit by Tracy to my home.
