complete disaster. plumber spent entire day on re plumbing the line from a pump, without addressing the actual problem which was the clogged spillway. was sent out twice to home depot and then to a plumbing supply store for parts not on the truck. only to learn that after prematurely cementing and sealing all pvc pipes, while not cleaning out the trough from which the clog was probably created, the plumber literally sat in his car and made telephone calls which i did the equipment runs. at the end of the day, he attached the pump to the new plumbing he spent the day doing and the problem on the clog was just not addressed. it was not the line that was a problem it was the spillway, which is what i had told both him and the company owner when i booked the job. the hired hand plumber then handed me a bill for $1178.00, to which i was totally shocked, the invoice had him charging $150.00/hr,!!! and didn't even address the job he was hired for!!! no embarrassment, no shame, no make good offer. he told me he gave me a 10% 'discount'. and then said he would come back the next day to 'finish' to which the company owner said he would not lower his rate to do the work. two days after i had hired another plumber for the same exact job that Nate's plumbing was hired to do, and at exactly half the hourly fee, did the owner, nate, offer to finish the job for free.... i am now working with american express to get a refund for the rip off. the plumber worked 5 hour, at most and the company charge turned out to be OVER $200/HR. if you want this kind of pricing and service, nate's plumbing is perfect for you. if you have a prayer of not getting ripped off, i suggest you look elsewhere.
