Description of Work: I had a popup saying from Microsoft saying I had viruses on my computer. I called them and found out they were not from Microsoft but were scammers.

He also did a virus scan and cleanup to make the computer run faster. He instructed me on how to use gmail and google chrome. He also installed google photos.
Description of Work: My email provider was changing from ATT to Comcast. I needed help in making the transfer to a new email address.

+ -1 moreHe came over, but his memory sticks did not match my computer. He looked up the price of buying the correct memory. It would cost about $90. He advised against putting that much money into a computer with Windows Vista. He did not charge me for his time.
Description of Work: My computer has 2 gig of memory. Mark said he would bring over his box of memory to see if he could increase it to 4 gig.
