They were trustworthy when it came to giving you a projection of the estimate and costs. They were very careful with my belongings. They were very pleasant to do business with. Pricewise, I thought they were great.

This company has a secret sauce. Its called honest work. James is the owner and whether you meet him in person or over the phone, he makes you very comfortable that you will be satisfied with how things will go with your move. He arrived on time and made a thorough review of our home. He mentioned how they would prep individual pieces so we knew he could be trusted to handle our belongings. He even pointed out the occasional odd shaped items we could transport in our own cars to save some money. The whole time we worked with James, he spoke with us, he listened and he asked the right questions to get all the information accurately. He showed how he runs a professional business in an industry that has a very bad reputation. On moving day, they were on time and walked the space again to make sure they were careful and all working together. They wrapped the furniture and were careful with every piece, whether it looked expensive or not. They even checked the base of every piece to ensure it had the proper cushions.to not scratch the floor in the new house. They gladly replaced a few that needed help. Each employee was dressed in uniform, communicated politely and worked together very well. They took a lunch break and were careful to plan out their eating and bathroom breaks outside of our home. I also liked that they planned their use of time so we didn't have to have a 12 hr moving day. They worked from 9 to 5 and made sure we knew they would be on time the next day refreshed and and ready. They were always on time and a class act. We packed our own boxes and James' team was very careful with those items just like the furniture. We had a ton of items and we never felt they were handling our things less than careful whether it was the first or the last piece. James was a top notch professional and offered us insurance on top of the tiny amount of coverage he is required to offer by FL State Law. It's good we bought the insurance because our glass table did break during the move. James was again a top professional and made sure we had a replacement within a week and were completely satisfied. When they unloaded at our new house, they were super careful to not damage the floor or the walls. These movers work smart and only hire full time, long term employees, not day laborers who can disappear from one day to the next. These employees have a permanent job with James and are fantastic.
