Shamefully unscrupulous. The Owner, Damaris, tried to blackmail us into paying her broker, Nick Gullo, a commission for a property he didn't procure the contract to.I reported her unethical, illegal behavior. Disgusting, look elsewhere, there are better realtors doing time!
