About us

I am a full-service residential interior designer who works with my clients to create a home that reflects their taste and vision. When I first meet a client, we talk about what they hope to accomplish with the design project. We talk about budgets and timing, and I often ask them to tear out photos of rooms they like from magazines as a starting point of our discussions. I am happy to work on everything from whole house renovations to redecorating a single room. I collaborate with excellent subcontractors (painters, wallpaper hangers, custom cabinet makers, etc), and often serve as the "general contractor" overseeing the entire job to be sure it is done on time and on budget. My job as a designer is to take away the fear my clients have of making a costly mistake. Laura is an excellent Designer. I hired her because I am disabled and I am not good at shopping and deciding what I need or want. She initially came to the house looked over the job and discussed what I wanted done and made comments/ had ideas as well. She recommended an excellent contractor, and other workers for the project. We met at various stores choosing the tile, countertops, etc. I love all the choices she suggested. The bathroom is done and it is absolutely beautiful. She originally helped me choose a flooring for the entire house, which I love, then rugs for two rooms. Laura is now helping me complete the bedroom. She is a delight to work with and I know you would be as happy with her as I am.
