+ -1 moreBeyond my expectations! Greg was on-time, articulate, pleasant, professional and more thorough than I could have hoped for. He provided a written summary of each item found and an estimate for resolution. He was adamant to review the findings in front of the owners, the real estate agent and me. He was also clear about what his inspection did not cover. He took the time to take me around to each item, inside and out, to ensure I understood the issue with each finding. Also, he was able to do the inspection only two days after we called to request an appointment.
Description of Work: Full inspection of home prior to purchase.
