Joe's Sprinklers

Horrible. Never showed up for appointment, never called. I purchased an irrigation inspection and service from Joe's Sprinklers. I was told I would be contacted within 3 days to schedule an appointment, but was not contacted until several days after that. We set an appointment for Joe to come to my house. Then after waiting for hours for him, he never just up, never called to cancel or reschedule, and I was tried calling him several times with no success in reaching him. I can't comment on the work, because he chose not to show up and perform the service I had already paid for, but his customer service, customer care, and professionalism is horrible. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

I gave Joe my phone number and address. He said he would be at our home the following day. He didn't call or show up. Waste of time for us.

He was very busy because of the offer and ran a little late but was a professional and apologized. He did make it the same day so I understood. Great work and gave advice and suggestions for future needs.

It didn't go good at first, and we had a disagreement. We needed to move the sprinkler system. They wanted $100. It took two screws out, move it, and screw it down. They wanted $100 for five minutes of work. I called them back because, the system wasn't working. There wasn't any water coming out of it because, there were holes in it. It was leaking on the intake side. He came back and fixed it. I was satisfied and the owner isn't allowed back on my property. I'm an ex-contractor and I know what needed to be done. All of this over a sprinkler. The son was good, but the father who was the owner was bad. My hands are gone, so I couldn't do it myself. They had to replace the control master. He checked it really fast. They did come when they said they would come. They were on time. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

They checked the sprinkler system and replaced several sprinkler heads. They were that thorough and everything is working well.

Father and son were both courteous and pleasant. Quoted a price and began work immediately. After completion of the job, they turned on all the sprinkler zones so that I could see if I was satisfied with the changes. A couple of heads that we did not feel were doing the job properly were fixed to our satisfaction. The only reason they received a "B" in punctuality is because they had said they would arrive at 8:30 a.m. for a quote and they did not arrive until 9:30 a.m. Which worked out better for us. They quoted the job, and next day returned to work and finished in one day.

It went very well they are professional in every sense of that word. I will use them again in the very near future.

Upon contacting Joe about 10am, he told me he would be around my neighborhood early afternoon which he was. No later than 4 hours after my initial phone call to him the job was done and professionally at that. Joe and his partner were kind and fair and knew very well what needed to be done. I would have Joe back anytime to fix any irrigation problems.

I am so pleased and so happy with the work performed by Joe's Sprinklers. He initially provided me with an estimate cost which was by far the best price I had gotten. The gentleman scheduled and performed the work as promised. He was courteous and extremely professional. When I saw the completed job I was very surprised and happy because he had added some additional things to our sprinkler pump for our benefit, such as water faucet for priming, at no additional cost. He charged me exactly what he had quoted me, even though he did additional work. When I offered to pay him for the additional work, he said no. He said it was something that should have been installed on the original job, and he thought it was the right thing to do. He also provided me with a two year warranty on his work. This experience turned out much better than I had ever hoped for. I would highly recommend Joe's Sprinklers to a friend or family without any hesitation.

Appointments (2, initial evaluation estimate, and 24 hours later completion of my work) were met within 5 minutes, Would I recommend Joe's Sprinklers, you bet !! Thank"s Joe ( and Son).

Joseph and his crew were more than prompt - he came out the same day to explain and give me a fair price to install a new sprinkler system. He even came the next day to get started on the job. Once the new sod was installed he came back and adjusted all the heads and assisted in other help on needed in the garden. He is a very nice hardworking individual

It went horribly per he cut the line to my cable provider. So I had no TV or phone or internet for days per he cut that line..

They were prompt, professional and courteous. They did a good job getting my sprinkler system back in shape.

Joe Jr. and Joe Sr. did excellent work. I initially contacted them for a "tune up" of our lawn sprinkler system when I noticed that the water pressure seemed to be too low. Joe Jr. diagnosed a leak in one of the zones and two malfuctioning valves that prevented water from being routed away from the leak (affecting water pressure in the entire system). He scheduled a repair and finished the work in one afternoon. Joe and his dad (Joe Sr.) even scheduled a follow-up visit (on a Saturday, to accomodate my travel schedule) to reinspect the system and make sure all of the sprinkler heads were working and properly aligned.

Great job! This company was very responsive and came out to my house and got the work done all in the same week. Good price and good work.

They did what they were hired to do. They came on time and did the job right the first time.

Awesome! Joseph was wonderful. On time, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I called around mid-day and he got right back to me. He was able to come by the house at 5pm and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was THRILLED with the level of service. Would recommend and use them again.

He was prompt and called me to tell me when he was on his way. He told me what he would do before starting, then checked everything, then showed me where I had problems and what it would cost to fix. He got my approval before starting. There was a break in a main pipe and he showed me what caused it and what he would do so it wouldn't happen again. He spent quite a bit of time to fix it as I think it was a harder job than he might have expected, but he didn't raise the price. His invoice states that there is a one year warranty on parts and two years on service. We will definitely call him again as needed.

Using Joe's Sprinklers was a great experience. They came on the same date, and called and let me know exactly when they were coming. They arrived promptly, gave me an estimate and recommendations on the work and finished all the work on the same day. I was so happy with the experience and would highly recommend this company. I called Joe and he came out the next day with his son and ready to work. Our sprinkler had not been run in about 5 years and we had a zone that was capped off, and removed to add a patio, and never extended. Also the timer did not work and all of the sprinkler heads were under grass and/or dirt. Joe replaced the timer, dug out all of the heads and replaced several heads and then ran new pipe and added new heads around the patio to complete the back zone. Once he turned everything on to check, he discovered some leaks in the existing pipes, which he then dug out, repaired and reburied. Joe and his son worked fast and were very polite and professional. They set the timers up and showed me how to change and work them. From a sprinkler system that had not been used for years to a full working system in less than a day is great work. Thanks Joe!
