Joe's Sprinklers

The sprinklers were repaired and a new zone added. All works well.

They turned up on time, gave me a quote and willingly applied the Angie's list discount. They did a great job and I definitely would recommend them and use them again. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Honest and reliable. I am never at home when they do the work and I Have never had any problems or need to call them back. I can count and rely on them to do what they say they will do.

I would not recommend them. He was bad. He didn't show up when he said he would show up. He showed up when I wasn't home, so I never saw the guy. He came to do whatever he had to do. I just felt like I wouldn't' deal with him again because he didn't communicate with me at all. I was waiting for him and he didn't show up. He came on his own time. I don' know what he did or if he did anything.

The guy set up an appointment for Thursday 11/17/16, he said it was far from his office and complained he didn't want to go that far. I told him I had to put my zip code into the advertisement to determine if I was eligible, and it accepted my zip code. He failed to show up, so called him, and he set up another appointment for Saturday 11/19/16 at 11:00. He failed to show a second time and didn't have the courtesy to call either. I called him again and he said to get my money back because he was not going to come to the house. He just refused!!!!! I waited all Saturday morning for him to show up and this was his answer!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. I called Angie's List and reported this event and they reimbursed me, but it will take 3-5 business days to get my money back.

well, except he should have dug them deeper according to my landscaper/gardener

Never got back to me regarding Angie's List special for $69. Buess business it too good to handle; had to request refund. Found better deal for $55 with Chabot Irrigation. Prompt reply, on time, great job at very reasonable price.

I purchased a BD with Angie's List and I never received any contact from this provider.

It took him a long time to get to my home, he had many excuses. He also tried to charge me $180 for installation of a part that he said I needed but I did it myself and the part only cost me $40 from Home Depot. He then came back and installed some sprinklers for me and charged me $15 per head for a pop up sprinkler (home depot has it for $6) and $35 for a rotating sprinkler head (home depot has for $10). Don't know if that's a fair price since he also did the installation but it seems high in price to me.

Joe showed up with his partner about an hour early (he called before to make sure this was ok) which was great for me. He assessed the issue and even offered to remove hedges that I was being lazy about removing. He quoted a fair price and went to work right away. The guys were professional and efficient. I was pleased with the work and I will be using them again in the near future.

Joe came the day I called him. He could have told me the whole thing needed replacing and I would have believed him. But after 1/2 hour, he found one little part that needed replacing and fixed it. They were professional and fast. I would hire him again in a second. It's nice to be able to trust someone to not take advantage and know they know what they are doing.

Joe's Sprinklers did an INCREDIBLE job. I called them and Joe and his father were out here the very next day. I had no idea what was wrong with my system so thank God for their honesty and fairness. They diagnosed the problems immediately, gave me an EXCELLENT price, and proceeded to fix the various issues--replaced sprinkler heads with high grade spraying heads and found and fixed the broken line that was the root of my skyrocketing water bill. If there was an A+ grade they would have it across the board.

After purchasing the deal I never heard from the company to schedule.

I'm just disgusted and disappointed. I should call them and get them back here because you have a year's warranty. A couple of them aren't going the right way they're supposed to go. I wasn't totally happy.

Terrific. I called them on Monday when my previous sprinkler man had not shown up for ten days with my repaired pump and my lawn was burnt. Owner, Joe Sauveur, said he would come to me on Wednesday afternoon to replace my pump and get me up and running. He did exactly that, and I highly recommend Joe's Sprinklers. They will be my sprinkler people from now on.

Joe arrived on-time and was done in 15 minutes. Power to the box was resolved simply (test breaker was tripped) and 4 sprinkler heads replaced and positioned.
