I originally found Joe's Sprinklers on Angie's List last week when my lawn service noticed that my sprinklers weren't working and the grass and plantings were dry and gasping for water. Cyril came out the next day and quickly discovered that the fix was embarrassingly simple -- someone else had turned off the pump! In hindsight, I'm happy that it happened because I mentioned to Cyril I have wanted to get irrigation run under the sidewalk and out to the sandy swale of weeds in front of my house. It was a pesky project that it seemed no one else wanted. Cyril quoted me what seemed a very reasonable price to run the irrigation and put 5 sprinkler heads on the swale ($180) and then they did the work a few days later. They also added topsoil and sod on the swale ($350). Joe's Sprinkers is the real deal and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As others have stated, they are conscientious, honest and are just a pleasure to deal with. I'm so glad to have found them -- the next project will be having them install a Rachio smart irrigation controller that I've just ordered on Amazon.

He was quick to respond and work me into his schedule. When another job ran long, he was prompt to call and reschedule. He arrived timely the next morning, listened to my concerns and services wanted, handled all my problems and answered all questions. They were able to save my existing piping and floater goose, along with the other items.

Joe's Sprinklers was knowledgeable and able to fix the entire system. The leaks were fixed and the heads that needed to be replaced were swapped out. The fee was reasonable and I would definitely hire this firm again. Highly recommended if you're having similar problems.

Joe was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He replaced my old pump with a new one.

Job went fast they were done in three hours. I got home from work and they were done and gone. I wanted a little adjustment, I called Joe and he came right over it was about 6 pm and we walked around the front and made some minor adjustment. My only complaint is I have to lay down some new grass in areas they dug up to place the new heads. Not much maybe about 5 pieces

Fantastic company! I called Monday at 4:30 PM to describe the problem (my sprinklers wouldn't shut off unless I closed the main water valve) and the first thing they asked me was if it was an emergency where I couldn't turn the water off. I told them it was no emergency, but they arrived Wednesday morning within 30 minutes of the promised time. They fixed the problem so fast I thought they were kidding when they knocked on my door & said they were done. Everything now works flawlessly. They gave me a great guarantee on their parts & service, and they were friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend this company.

Made an appointment 2 days earlier, came home from work early and he never showed up. Said he forgot. Made an appointment for the next day and he didn't show up again. Don't know why.

I will say they are a very busy company and although responsive in communicating by phone, actually getting to job may take some time. But it was worth it! Very responsive in diagnosing and fixing problems. The fixed and flushed pump, floated the pipe in the canal with a duck ( I named Joe S. Duck). Returned to fix some sprinklers that popped off as well as fix a hidden sprinkler buried by a large tree root.

Joe's did a great job. Would highly recommend them. Professional, courteous and got the job done right!
