Not great if you have issues want to charge big bucks for everything

Basically we hired him to put the security cameras outside our home and we have had to have him return to replace several cameras. The receivers are poor quality and the picture of the cameras are poor quality as well. We have since had problems with vandalism. You can only use the software through Internet Explorer and it is just a pain because if there is an upgrade with Internet Explorer then the camera software won't work with the upgraded version. He then continued to tell them that he will charge me more money to upgrade the software that the cameras work on. This is just poor quality work and he charges us every time he has to come out here. I should not have to keep calling him to come back to fix them. In regards to the picture quality and vandalism, the cameras are in the front of the house where the vandalism took place and the picture is so poor that we cannot make out the face of the person and he was 10ft from the camera.
