It seems to be working. There are no chewed fronds on the ground anymore, and the service comes out once a month and replaces the bait in any of the traps that need it. We got a contract for a year of service.

They came on the same day that we call and treat the outside of my house for the ants, I haven't seen any ant ever since, very happy.

Had some plants that were dying and my lawn did not look good. Adele came and inspected my property and suggested that I start with a Pest Control/Fertilization program for my home. It's been six months and my lawn and plants look very good. I definitely would recommend their services. Adele and Will are great.

I am beyond surprised by the company. I see how the reviews are so good but I am beyond shocked with there professionalism. They would come once a month and I would still see just as much if not sometimes more pests. Back at the end of August I started to notice little holes in my wall. I had called them to have it inspected and sure enough it was terminates. The gentlemen who came out was not professional at all. He barely told me what was needed to be done except to tent the house. I asked him on Saturday, when he came over to finalize documents, if I would have a termite bond with this and he avoid the question. Mind you, he showed up in sweat pants and a few sizes to small of a t-shirt. This is prior to not showing up the day before because he was 30 minutes late and I had to leave for work. He then proceeded to tell me he was expecting money that day for the service next week. My sister and I own the house together and have a separate account for the house. When I explained to him he would receive a check the day before the service was about to start he was less than happy. I politely explained to him that he failed to mention he would need a check that day. He than asked in a rude manor when he could have his check and I said the earliest Tuesday, a day before the appointment. Unfortunately, the bank is not here in Florida so the check needed to be overnighted, which is was already on the way here. Now I gave him the option to reschedule me if this was going to be an issue and he said no. Annoyed, he left. Monday morning, he calls me as he is in my drive way, looking for a check. I explained to him again that the check was on the way and it would either be here this afternoon or Tuesday sometime. Clearly frustrated he started to become extremely unprofessional. Using words like "Jesus Christ" and "****" to name a few to keep it PG. After listening to him go on for a few minutes I explained that I would be cancelling and finding another company. I told him to have a good day and hung up on him. I called the central office to try and reschedule the appointment and after explaining it to the cancelling department I heard things such as "well when money is due it's due" and "we have no issues getting money from everyone else." I was even more shocked. Again, the problem here isn't the money they would have been paid today if he just waited a few hours. It is the way the situation was handled that surprised me! If anyone had told me they needed the money a week before the appointment I would have been happy to give it to them but it was never expressed until he demanded it on Saturday. Needless to say this is the last time I will use this company.

I am a bit late on this feedback, but working Daniel and team was educational and smooth as could be. I had ongoing questions as I never dealt with the tenting of my home before, and Daniel was very patient each time I called. I would hire them again, but hope I don't have to. :)

I am on the monthly thing for about $30 a month. They just came and did something like pest control. I think they gave me the best price.

All went very well. The technician quickly found the problem and made the appropriate suggestion and eventual sale. Tech was Alessandro / very knowledgeable and professional.

Good, sealed holes in roof and set traps

Hometown found additional entries and closed them up. Told us what to look for in the future to know if another problem might be developing. We have renewed our inexpensive "rat guarantee" every year and if we needed to call them back because the rats tunneled in another way, Hometown came right away and found the problem and fixed it. Their guys are very nice and professional and don't stop until the problem is gone.

They come monthly. They do a monthly spray on the perimeter to prevent bugs.

He took great pride in his work , He did not just rush through and try to sell me services I did not want or need and he could easily answer every question I had . Very Very good. Very responsive, and they do not charge if there are any problems in between they're monthly visits.

The company has issued a correction on their billing and I'm am very pleased with their response. Please accept the new review on this company, do to the fact of my Hospital stay and I was unaware of their attempts to correct the problem.

The service was very professional and am always happy to use HOMETOWN because it is a one stop service because they can do it all! You're always going to have issues from time to time living in Florida and I can always count on HOMETOWN's trained service technicians to rid of the issues too!

The Turf specialist they sent out was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing so I could have a better understanding of the process. My lawn and landscaping have never looked so good!!!! And the palms seemed to be getting better. Would recommend their service to anyone..

I have been a customer for several years. There customer service is impeccable. They have always helped in every way possible if an issue should arise. Hard to find this quality in most companies these days. I would give them an award if I could. Simply the best!

We have used this company on our home before it was such a great experience, started with the lady who answered the phone she was very pleasant and polite. We had termites in our property when the technician showed up (Renan) the first thing he did after introducing himself was taking off his shoes before entering our home ( We thought that was AWESOME) his inspection top notch, He gave us a price for fumigation not the cheapest but we went with them for the quality of the work and punctuality provided before. We will recommend that company to our neighbors and friends if they need

The technicians were always late or did not show up for the allotted time slot. No one from the company calls to advise us of a delay or a no show. I had monthly conversations with main office and manager about these concerns. Even after documentation of these issues, the next month there'd be a problem once again. We terminated our contract when no one showed up this month. This company is such a disappointment.

I contacted Hometown Pest Control because my mother and I thought that she was having a termite problem. The technician came out and inspected thoroughly and told us that we did not have termites but we had a white footed ant problem that were trying to take over the attic! They were excellent! They knew exactly what they were talking about and answered all my questions about the chemicals and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They came (2 guys Chico and Pedro) inspected the attic and the roof. They sealed the openings and caught/remove two rats. Have not had any problems since. They were very nice guys.
