Description of Work: The initial visit went well. The serviceman outlined the service to be performed, did an inspection of the interior and exterior of the property and then proceeded to apply their pest control product. Our service will continue quarterly on the exterior of the property for one year. About a month after the initial service, I saw additional pests and someone came out to re-spray part of the interior, included as part of the service.

Description of Work: Evaluated the problem via an inspection, then asked how I wanted to approach a solution. I opted for a year long contract with service once per month. He then sprayed the entire inside and outside of the unit. It does appear to have been successful. I await their September service call.

Description of Work: The technician constantly tried to sell me additional services I did not want. I ended up signing up for something I didn't want. At one point he told me that the kind of ants I had wouldn't respond to the monthly spraying I signed up for and that I needed an extra service. I felt very pressured.

Description of Work: I had evidence of termites in my door frame. There were piles of coffee-like granules on the floor. Hometown Pest Control found the areas that were damaged and treated it with a spray. Within 24 hours termites surfaced and were dying. It's been several months now and everything has been clear. They were friendly, professional and I would use them again.
