Description of Work: First service was so good that I made the mistake of buying a prepaid one year contract. Wrong move! Although the contract states the service dates they don't show or call. The so "willing to help" sales person from the first service gave a flat " call the office" to schedule the service when I contacted him asking for help. Finally they showed up last month. |November's service for the inside and backyard was supposed to happen this week, once more no show no call. |

Description of Work: The technician sprayed the whole house and the outside perimeter. He also removed the outlet covers in the kitchen and bathrooms and sprayed inside the boxes. He also put some baits whereally he was able to see a line of ants. |He was very courteous and professional.
