Very well. Tech knocked down mud daubers, cleaned around all openings and s prayed. Excellent job.

I was very impressed about how professional this company was. I recieved a call within the hour that I requested service to schedule an appointment. The technician also came out on the same day between 3-5 pm. When he arrived he said it would be best to treat my property for the lawn and shrubs pest control and he explained all the chemicals and how it would work and that he would return every three months to re treat it. He also looked at my palm trees and notice I had a spiraling whitefly problem! I signed up for both lawn and shrubs and whitefly and I am very happy with the service. In addition, he inspected my attic and the inside of my house free of charge for any problems. I will deffinately recommend Hometown Pest Control and will be hiring them for more services in the future.

William came out and did a fantastic job. He was very polite and knowledgeable about our issue. The receptionist is also friendly and always answers the phone on the first ring.

I called Tues, Cicero was out Wed at the scheduled time. He spent time with me, explaining what service Hometown would provide and answered all my questions. I was able to take advantage of the promotion they were giving right now - pay for ten months of service but receive twelve months of service. I did pay for the year in advance with the confidence that if I had any problems, just to call - Hometown appears to be very customer service oriented. Cicero was able to give my house and my lawn/ornaments my first treatment. And I'm good to go. I'm looking forward to being happy with Hometown Pest Control.

I couldn't get rid of the ants in my kitchen despite trying every product/spray and remedy. They scheduled my appt within 24 hours of calling, they were on time and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

VERY WELL THE TECHNICIAN KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUE .

Called on Friday Feb 3rd at 5pm. Received a call Saturday early morning. I returned the call Saturday morning, spoke with Chico who said someone would be at the house between 3and 5pm. No one ever called or arrived. Very disappointing experience.

The saleswoman Ann Marie was professional and courteous. That alone was worth going with them. The two techs who showed up later where especially professional an accommodating! They explained the issues and acted like they wanted to be there. Very refreshing! This was our first scheduled treatment so I hope the relationship continuous.

The lady inspector Ann Marie Cecere could not have more professional & courteous. She took her time and was totally spot on. This employee is an asset to the company and should be told. We have always been happy with Hometown Pest Control & will continue to use them as the need arises.
