They are excellent.

Description of Work: "I hired Hometown Pest to exterminate ants that were getting into my kitchen. The first technician was very friendly and explained what kind of ants they were, and that they were coming in from outside. There were 3 parts to the treatment, each with its own cost: treatment inside, poison outside, and bait outside. I only had the inside treatment done twice - I didn't see any more ants after the first treatment. I continued to have the outside treated for about 6 months with both poison and bait. They got rid of the ant problem and I haven't seen any since. However, I was billed for one inside treatment that never happened. I called and complained and they talked to the technician who supposedly came into my house and did the 3rd treatment and she swore that she did it and that I was home at the time. This was absolutely not true. I never got refunded for that, they took her word over mine. I have a friend who manages an apartment complex and he says pest control companies do this all the time - charge for services they do not perform and when confronted, they lie about it. Hometown Pest was very professional, punctual and effective. Just be careful to keep on top of what they are charging you and when, if you have more than one visit."

Description of Work: I thought I had a beetle issue in the master bedroom, but it ended up being bedbugs! I don't even travel that often. They were prompt, however, they only gave a 30 day warranty. I felt that it wasn't long enough. M.A.
