They always show up on the day they say, and they are here on time. When they enter the house, they always cover their boots with cotteon booties, so they don't get the floor dirty. The stuff they use to spray, seems to be effective. We have very minor issues with bugs and spiders. If we have an unusual bunch of bugs, a phone call brings them for a free treatment.

They do a good job of applying the spray where it needs to be done. Florida, unfortunately, is a "buggy" state, so with the rainy weather as it has been, the critters don't disappear completely!!

We had rats in the attic that would come down into the house. Had a pest control guy come and do a lot of work blocking access but they came back. Had the attic insulation replaced and that company closed up more access but the rats got back in. Attic company recommended Hometown Pests who came and did a full assessment and found more access points (it only takes a very small hole). They ctrapped and removed existing rats and closed access. A few months later had another rat and they came and dealt with it and found where it had chewed its way in. Their workers were courteous and didn't make a mess. They guarantee their work for a year and you can purchase additional protection plan after that. We continue to use them and have had no further problems.

We have used Hometown Pest Control for the last five years and are extremely satisfied with their service. They are always prompt and reliable and if there is ever a problem, they take care of it immediately. Just the other day my husband noticed a few tiny ants on his desk, we called Hometown, and the next day they were out to take care of the problem. We have lived in Florida for 25 years and have used several pest control companies, and Hometown is by far the best. They charge a bit more than some, but the extra cost is worth it. (We pay yearly, so the cost is less than if we paid monthly.) We highly recommend them.

Been using them since I moved in August 2002... Never had a problem with service. They are reliable, punctual....and if occasionally there is a problem like ants they will immediately come and fix the problem with no extra charge

Whenever I have questions, technician and/or office staff are very helpful and willing to listen to my concerns and provide a solution. I like that a "live" person answers the telephone. I especially like that I can trust my technician, Hercules, inside my home. Prices are very reasonable compared to some other pest control companies.

Using them now on my 2nd house for monthly spraying for bugs. They walk around the property inside and out and identify any problem areas. They spray around all windows, doors and other openings and sweep any cobwebs away from the house. They spray in the garage too but I did not want them spraying inside the house because we just renovated and half small children. If we ever have a problem with ants or other bugs in the house, they come back in addition to the monthly service for no extra charge.

It was okay. They didn't come at the right time, and then they wanted to spray when it was raining -- I sent them away. They came back and finished the job.

They have been coming out monthly for a year and a half now and for some other services quarterly. I had major problems with all kinds of issues before getting them, like inside I was infested with white-footed-black-ants and no company was ready to care of that. I have white floors and you couldn’t see the white on the floor, it was disgusting because I am very neat person and nobody could correct the problem, they all told me it would take a while and I kept being patient. However, Hometown Pest Control came in, gave me an assessment and they really encouraged me to do all kinds of treatments which of course cost more but I felt that it made sense. The problem that would have taken months to take care of was corrected within four weeks. They were very good and very prompt. I have an annual contract, for the inside it is one charge and for the outside and perimeter another charge. These are different services that you could have or not have, like lawn fertilization, shrubs for disease and the attic for opening of crevices and any kind of infestation or animals. Those are all separate services that I elected to do and I renewed after one year because I felt that it was effective. I am happy with the lawn, I am happy with the house and I am happy with the perimeter. They are very professional. I heard about them from friends and then I went to Angie’s List to check them out. A lot of my friends said that they were really happy but they were getting it as part of their homeowners association fees they pay and that is the company their homeowners hired, here I hired them separately because our homeowners doesn’t cover that kind of treatment. What they spray inside is safe for children or pets. I don’t give good grades easily but they are excellent. I am using them now not because of any problems but I just continue to use them for preventative measures because since they cured the problem, there has been no problem.

Very professional, explained my options to treat systemically or spray. I went with systemic for this treatment & the next 2 (every 4 months) because of a major infestation on my mango. I will re-evaluate with Hometown at the end of the 3rd treatment to see if I can them just have them spray for whitefly maintenance.
