Well Clarity in the purchase regarding infestation or not wasn't clear. They realized it and honored their promise. Very professional. Called me and worked with me on it. Like they way the owner is willing to work with you. Customer service is key.

I was skeptical because of the low price but the tech was very professional, showed up on time, and did a very thorough service. I had used Orkin for years in another location north and Hometown was more thorough. I was having an issues with ants coming into the upstairs windows and the tech said they lived in palm trees. He treated the outside and the ant invasion stopped. The tech took his time and was not in a rush to move on to another job. But he did not waste time either. He advised that if any problems reoccurred, they would come back again for no charge. I was definitely pleased with the results.

The company agreed to come to our home to perform pest control services on 10/15/2014 between 8am and 8:30am. It was imperative that they come during this time as my husband had to go to work after that and wanted to be there when they came. At 8:45 am no one had come to our home. We called the company and they told us it would be between 8:00am and could be as late as 10:30am. I spoke to Andre in the company's service department and he told me that it would definitely that they could definitely be at our home between 8-8:30am. My husband spoke to the manager later that morning to inform him that we were not interested in working with them if they cannot even honor their initial appointment. He tried to say there was a misunderstanding. There was absolutely no misunderstanding as the communication between Andre and I was completely agreed on and understood.

The serice that was provided was rendered at a reasonable and fair charge. The service staff were knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, courteous and professional in their dealings with me. They patiently answered the many quesitons I had regarding the possible causes of the problem and what they and I needed to do to solve the problem. The technicians were neatly dressed, and always came promptly at the appointed time of the visit. On one occasion there was a misunderstandng regarding some of the information given to me by one of the staff members during one visit, but this was very quickly corrected and clariifed. I was greatly relieved and pleased that Home Town Pest Control dealt so swiftly and efficiently with my rat control problem. I am also pleased that the staff of Angie's List guided me so efficiently in suggesting Home Town Pest Control as a viable option to solve my specific and uncomfortable pest problem.

I didnt get to use the deal because this only had basic coverage and the service wasnt applicable for what I needed. The communication and customer service was very expeditious.

I am very impressed with this company. They were VERY responsive and really professional while here in my house. The did a pretty thorough job. I was impressed with how willing they were to help. They did a full cleaning of the house and go rid of the wasp nests that I had. This company is the best company I have hired coming from Angie's and I recommend them 100%!
