On time, efficient and very nice. Explained to me what he was doing and also told me about the other services they offer monthly. Very nice - would use again!

At first I was highly disappointed with there service. After purchasing the coupon I had someone contact me and put me on the schedule for Saturday, April 11th. On that day no one showed up and I called and they told me I was not on the schedule. I contacted a manager on Monday and they sent someone out that day. Even though there was a hiccup with scheduling they took the situation very seriously. I would definitely hire them again.

We have used Hometown for many years and have always found them professional and knowledgeable. Hometown also services our office and that is how I discovered their organization. We will continue to use them in the future.

The technician from Hometown Pest Control, Alex, was on time and very professional. He sprayed the inside & outside wall of the house and the backyard.

We contacted Home Pest Control to handle ants that were coming into our home and were not able to be eradicated with over the counter traps. We received prompt service after purchasing the deal and arranged a date that was mutually convenient. Hercules provided excellent service by spraying indoors as well as setting traps outdoors, and gave us tips on how to ensure we could maintain our home, pest free. He also recommended additional work for future bug control. Our home is now ant-free and we would use them again.

Service technicians are much more thorough and service is less expensive than previous pest-control company, with better results. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

We purchased the annual service pest control option and this visit was for the first one. He met my husband at the property and was very friendly and helpful. He went all over the home, inside and out, and into the attic, took his time and did a thorough service for us, educating my husband as he went. My husband really liked him, he was friendly and thought he did a great job!! Would definitely recommend him, and I think we made a smart choice in selecting him!!

They arrived right as promised and were very professional.

I am not impressed. I have an ant problem which is why I purchased the service to begin with. I was unable to be here on the date of service, but my mother was here to meet the company. When the guy came to spray, he sprayed around the house inside and out but said that he couldn't get rid of the ants because of the type of ant they were. To get rid of them I would have to pay an additional $300+. My mom suggested he go in the attic and spray because that is where he said the ants were but he said that wouldn't help so he didn't spray the attic. There was no termite inspection. He said he would call Monday and explain the issue and possible solutions to me, but he never called. I called and left a message but received no return call.

They were on time, very professional, and extremely helpful. They did a fabulous job getting rid of the wasps. Highly recommend this company.

Poorly. I guess you get what you pay. This company charged a low price& I got poor service. Their only accomplishment was eliminating sugar aunts in the kitchen. I could have done the same thing with a $5.99 bottle of ant kill from Home Depot. THEY DO NOT BELONG ON ANGIE'S LIST!

They came to my home and it was a one time service. They did what they said they would do. I was very happy with this service. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They did say that the problem I had may require further treatments but I haven't had any problems so I haven't had to call them back. They came with a week or two of purchasing the Big Deal. They did great and I was very happy. I was happy with the price and they were very responsive.

Good overall. I was told I would need a "clean out" I chose for short term financial reasons to not do that. I requested just the service that I had already paid for. In my own defense I react terribly to up selling which in this case may have not been prudent to allow my emotions to over ride good sense. I will try a different pest controller neighbor uses a different service. Roaches are still present I am in the midst of wiping down surfaces.

All was accomplished efficiently. Spraying was done inside and out.

I had gone back and forth with them about how we are going to schedule it, and I asked for some specific things and they were able to cater to me. They were nice and took care of it -if they said they were going to do something, they did it. Any time I asked them something and they said they were going to do it, they would get on their word and follow through.

They arrived on time, sprayed everything covered in the Special. I had one minor issue a week later, they returned upon request and corrected that to my satisfaction. I am now signed up with Hometown for the year.

Professional arrived right on time, which I was not expecting, so as a result I was not home but at my old apartment gathering some things. He patiently waited 15 minutes for me to arrive. We went inside and I showed him some areas of concern, he then explained what he was going to do and then got right to work. It was drizzling that day, so he informed me that if I felt the yard needed to be sprayed again to call and they would come out no problem to respray. We still had a minor issue with some roaches and ants a week later, so I setup another appointment, which was free of charge as any additional appointments needed are covered under the package. Professional resprayed the yard and the problem areas inside, and also put out some bait which I was told the ants should take back to their nest, killing off the rest of them. So far so good, we have not seen anymore ants or roaches, and it is a very good feeling knowing if we do have more problems, Hometown will come out and rectify them for us, free of charge. TL;DR professional, punctual, and effective.

Great. They did a great job. I don't remember the price, but I am guessing it was fair because I didn't have an issue with it. I was happy overall with everything.

The inside spraying was done, he almost left before doing one bedroom before I reminded him because someone who was sleeping was getting up. As I said above it was raining and another guy came 2 days later (Thanksgiving was day before). This guy was in my back yard and scared me when I was in my kitchen to see a strange man in my back yard. It would have better if he had rang my door bell to let me know he was going into my back yard; I also have a large dog who could have been in the yard when he entered and could have had an unwelcome response from him. No change occurred with the ants and spiders which I called them for so I called back. The 1st young man came & tried to tell me why I still had these insects. He kept saying he couldn't make me understand and I finally told him I understood him perfectly that I've had several homes with pest control companies. He was upsetting me because he was insulting me in the manner he was speaking. I realize he was trying to pitch the annual service but he was not doing a good job if he was making me angry. He needs to work on his selling presentation. Bottom line: the insects never diminished until I bought my own spray and sprayed inside & outside my home just like they did. I felt as though I wasted my time and money for a little aggravation. I did not call back or ask for a refund, I just will not use them again.

They sprayed the ants and it worked. The came within a week from when I purchased the deal. I had a problem with them for billing me for what I paid for.

Chico comes the 2nd Monday of every month with his assistant. (The price shown above is for the entire year.) The money is very well spent and worth every dollar. He sprays all the baseboards of my house, including closets and garage. He also makes recommendations if he thinks there's a problem. The assistant sweeps cobwebs from my front entry and screened patio. They are punctual, friendly, honest and very careful. If I need to change an appointment date, the office staff works with me to make sure I am satisfied. When a landscaper told me I had "white fly" Chico came out, inspected and said absolutely not.This company rates A++!

It turned out well. Initially after I was still having a problem with my roaches the people who actually came out to do the work were very nice, but the person I spoke to on the phone about the problem was not so nice. That was just a one time thing. Since then they have just been really friendly and fine so they came back out and sprayed again. It seems to be okay since then. They didn't charge me more than the Big Deal price but they explained to me that they had to come back again. I had them come out 2 more times to try to resolve the issue with the roaches. They told me what they might have to do was probably clean out which I haven't had for them to come do yet but the house has a need for it. Have they had done that, that would have been extra. That would have been an entirely different service. I think ultimately the issue seems to have been resolved.

The representative called to say he was on his way so I knew when to expect him, and he was at the early part of the time window allotted. He was very polite and professional, ensuring to put shoe covers on before proceeding on to the carpet. He discussed my problem with me and seemed knowledgeable about the type of ants and bugs I was finding in my home. He treated both the outside and the inside, and even opened up the attic (which the last company did not do). I found a couple of ants the day after he left, but I guess it takes a while to get to them all. Now, I continue to find some bugs (especially after heavy rains), but they're dead. I am glad I have a 1-year contract with Hometown Pest Control and highly recommend them.
