Great. I have used Honetown Pest control for almost 20 years. Moved 5 times & they have always been available to accommodate my needs. If I have an issue Hometown will come out to my home the following day. Reasonable prices. The office staff is very nice & always willing to help In anyway. Each exterminator that has been in my home(s) have been extremely friendly & go above & beyond if I have any issues. I highly recommend Hometown.

The treatment started first in the attic. Following that every month the indoors and outdoors treatment was repeated. The results were very good

Over many years we have relied on Hometown for pest (insect & rodent) removal and control. They have done an outstanding job. They communicate well / show up on time / explain the process / and most of all, the results speak for themselves. We have a yearly contract with them for rodent & insect control. The come once a month and spray inside and outside of the house and check all the trap-boxes outside. We NEVER SEE A SINGLE insect inside, including ants. The outside of the property is also insect free for the most part. We have also used them for roach infestation in our kitchen and mice in the attic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They were able to finally get rid of my flying ants and their professionalism and on time response made me hire them as my full time pest control service, I have a yearly contract with them and would have no other. The service people show when they are scheduled are polite and respectful. I had another problem with what i was told were dead ants under my desk, I work from home, when I showed it to the technician the first time they did my monthly service I was told they were not ants but weevils that were in a picture frame I had above my desk the droppings were bits of wood that made it look like dead ants. three other companies prior to Hometown told me not to worry since they dead. I will have no other service.

This recommendation not only includes the service people but the staff in the office. I have continually recommended them and will continue to do so.

Work was done efficiently and timely and if any problems arose the technician was immediately sent to clear up any infestations. Spraying inside and around perimeter of home eliminated all pest infestations and as indicated if any insect problem arose (hardly ever) the service immediately came and cleared it up.

I have been very happy with the service; however, I never know when the service tech will arrive so I can let him inside my home. He used to call me to let me know what time he would be here but that has not been happening lately.

We've been using Hometown for about 14 years. Obviously satisfied. Monthly service. They do a good job around the outside and garage so we never have to spray inside. Have also had special services and have always been pleased with the outcome. Staff is very polite and accommodating.

When we first moved into our new home we signed a contract for pest control with the company recommended by the developer who built our home in Bay Hill Estates (The Preserve) in West Palm Beach. When that contract was up, we discovered that Hometown Pest Control provided MONTHLY (vice Bi-MONTHLY) service for just about ONE-HALF the PRICE. We used them for 3 years and were TOTALLY HAPPY with their service!

They are very responsive to any concern we may have and send a technician out usually 24 to 48 hours after calling. Very professional when they come out. We have been very pleased with their service.

TOMMY THE HANDYMAN CAME A DID THE WORK, VERY NICE. I LOVE HOW IT LOOKS. INSTALLED A SMALL DOOR SO I CAN THE SPACE UNDER THE STAIRS FOR STORAGE

Was great Chico is the the guy who solve my problem with rats.... He show up on time and price is much better in compare of other companies.

I guess it is never good to pay for the whole year advanced which I did....what a headache...! I didn't renew the contract since they are not good at all...! They didn't do the service, and they are trying now to charge for the whole year. The ladies on the phone are very rude, and the technicians are continuously change...I wouldn't recommended this company...they are really bad and poor service...!
