It went okay. I had to have them come out again, they came out. I didn't hire them. The hours that I needed them to come was in the morning and they couldn't come. They wanted to come at lunch time, I was waiting for them and they couldn't make it. I ended up doing the work and I did a better job than they did. Their product wasn't strong enough for us. They were nice. Price was pretty good I can't complain. They should be servicing retired people.

I rated there service an A+!!! Alex the technician was SUPER professional came in and explained in detailed all the services they can provide! Alex took care of me was punctuation, professional and I recommend him this technician!! Thank you Hometown for such a good service!

They did a great job. My entire apartment complex was infested with roaches but after I started the monthly service I hardly had any while my neighbors still continued to have problems. The best part was that if I saw any roaches in between sprays they would come out and spray again immediately before my next appointment. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Scheduling was always easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The spray they used led to the ants coming inside. Eventually just called Orkin who took care of problem.

It was a B-type service - an economic, quick application that a homeowner could do.

Called on Thursday for a bad ant problem in the house. They were supposed to show up on Saturday between 11-1pm and never did. Called them at 1:15 and they were already closed for the day. I hate to give someone a bad score but you kind of screwed me over. Never even called to let me know they couldn't make it.

So far so good. Have not seen pests lately.

They came two days in a row to perform the required services ... Very thorough!

I called the company to inform them that I still had the same problem and they came out again 9 days later and another technician came and sprayed inside and outside the house again. The treatment that this company used didn't work on carpenter ants or palmetto bugs. Those little water ants however were gone.

Service was professional and timely. Everything done according to plan.

Very good service once they arrived. Poor punctuality is my only complaint. On two consecutive service appointments, the techs each showed up about an hour late. They did apologize profusely and were both very nice. I will call them again for future needs.

Saw roaches after 2 days and still not dead. Still waiting for follow up appointment to complete the inside of the home.

Well we had scheduled there time and day and then had to reschedule because we had a conflict. When we rescheduled we changed the day and the time. The company sent an email to confirm the date and the time which we did. They showed up at the old time but on the right day and did the outside when we weren't home. They then called to reschedule a time for the inside and when. We said that we had rescheduled for the current time, he said that he could come back to do the inside, which he did. He was very professional and very informative. He did a great job and we were very pleased with the service.

I was having a rat problem at the house for quite some time, from the beginning I was very happy with the service. When I called the office and a nice lady answered my call, she was very helpful and informative, she was able to schedule the visit for the same day in the afternoon. Chico the tech was able to identify the problem and he started working to resolve on the same day, they were very fast and professional, I was given one year guarantee after the rat service was done at the house. Very good company.

The service was outstanding from the moment I placed the call. Everyone was so knowledgeable from the person who first took my call in the office, to the technician that came to my home. Very professional company, I would highly recommend.

It went okay the first time. We still had some more bugs after. I called back within the 30 day warranty and sprayed again and they seem to be gone. The thing the stood out to me was how professional they were.

I have had 2 technicians out here in the past 2 weeks in order to eliminate the carpenter ants which started appearing in my kitchen. The ants have now spread to other areas of my home and are becoming more of a nuisance.

services not effective - more small roaches now than before service done now have to call in another company person doing the spraying left our back gate open, dogs got out the next day person didn't know if spray was harmful to kids or pets

I've been with them for many years and they are excellent. I feel that they are very reliable and very respectful and they are trustworthy.

I pay an annual fee by the month. They show up when they are supposed to, do what they are supposed to and are very polite. I have been using them for about two years.

All expectations were met. Very professional. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

They are very informative considering we just moved here. They told us what to look out for etc. knowledge is outstanding.
