Very professional and prompt. They did have to come back a week later but they did that at no charge. I would definitely recommend.

Alex did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Their Service Truck was well equipt to do the job. He used a variety of chemicals based on the type of problems we had. He explained everything he was doing. The next day, we had a lot of dead ants and spiders. We expect to see more dead pests in the days to come. We bought a one year service contract. They will come back every three months to spray the entire outside of the house. They will also come back any time we call them, at no charge, if we see additional problems. I hope Alex is the technician that comes back every three month's. He made me feel like a good relative of mine.

Luciano was very pleasant and professional. He provided me with an invoice for the prepaid services. This invoice led to some miscommunications regarding quarterly followup visits. After a very pleasant conversation with a representative from Hometown Pest Control all questions were answered and everything is as it should be. Working with Hometown Pest Control has been very good.... I do recommend using this service.

They were very thorough and informative about our ant issue. The ants didn't completely go away after the first spray, so they came back a couple days later and re-sprayed free of charge. Very happy with them and will definitely use them again!

We were told all of the bug would be gone but we still saw just a couple within the 30 day period, they did say they would come back and retreat but we never called them.

The tech, Alex, was super nice and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I asked about other plans and he explained the other packages that the company had for on-going maintenance which I will be calling about. It is now about a month since I used them and I haven't seen any spiders building webs on the patio so we can actually enjoy sitting out.

Not sure but we feel it was completely overpriced on what was performed. It took him not even 15 minutes to run thru the house and the yard and at the end we got a receipt of $49. It was seen as treatment only but no report out nor findings were given.

The showed up on time, which was wonderful. They got right to business, spraying and not even taking the glass of water that I offered until they were done. The asked me what kind of bugs we had, and when I told him, he searched and found the roach nest, which was gross. There is not enough money in the world to convince me to climb into a roach infested attic in the middle of South Florid a summer. He gave me a reasonable price and he arranged to come back, which he did, on time, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, plus he sprayed my house again, even getting behind the outlets. I was very impressed.

Their spray made it worse -- there were ants everywhere after they came! They also sent me a bill in the mail, even though I bought the deal through Angie's List.

They did a great job. I was having a problem for awhile but after they treated my house, the problem was taken care of! I am going to hiring them on a regular basis.

Excellent. Fast. Advance "heads up we're coming" notification. Did extra assessment of conditions of the property. Ended up doing a regular quarterly treatment (in/out) for pests + (see above).

ANGIE'S DEAL DID NOT INCLUDE TREATING OUR ATTIC. SINCE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT, WE HIRED HOMETOWN TO TREAT OUR ATTIC. AGAIN, AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE AND THE TEAM ARRIVED PUNCTUALLY AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO COMPLETE THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. SEVERAL DAYS LATER WE FOUND LIVE INSECTS IN OUR HOME. WE CALLED HOMETOWN AND SPOKE WITH A VERY SYMPATHETIC PERSON WHO IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULED A RETURN VISIT TO OUR HOME THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH HOMETOWN THAT WE PLAN TO HIRE THE COMPANY FOR REGULAR SERVICE.

Guy comes out on Friday and honestly I could barely understand what he was saying. He checks the house and says everything is fine because the only bugs he found were dead. I had like a row of 5 dead bees INSIDE the house and I have never seen a live bee inside the house. He did not make much of it said he wasn't sure how they got in but it's no problem because they are dead. I then showed him where there was a pile of what looked to be wood dust or something coming out from under the wall by the baseboard. He insisted it was nothing and was probably dirt from a nearby houseplant. Since I was pretty much positive it was not dirt I started looking around and found a HUGE pile of the same "dirt" behind the couch where no plant exists. Then upon further inspection he said they were ants (because they were crawling out from under the wall) but he had never seen that before. Anyways I had him quote me regular monthly spraying for bugs and also treating my ficus for white fly. I though the spraying and the white fly prices were pretty good, but I also asked him to quote me for killing the ants also. That ended up being more than everything else combined. So I told him I just wanted the regular spray and white fly but not the ant treatment because I thought it was a bit to pricey. Guy said ok no problem they would be back Monday to take care of that stuff. Monday comes and nobody came, so I call the company on Wednesday and speak to the lady who answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and she was like well did you sign a contract or anything? Because usually that's done before we do any service. I said no and she said she will look into what happened and get back to me to get the service done asap. It is now Thursday of the following week and no one ever called me back. Honestly if they are this unresponsive to someone who is looking to give them business, I don't want to know what will happen if I ever had an issue with their service.

They charged more than the $49. They were OK. They did the $49 deal and then said they had to come back three or four times. They accomplished our goal. I think she had trouble scheduling and things like that. The service person was nice and pleasant. He said it would be $275. He told me that we had a big problem. I asked if I could divide the payment and he said that I could do that. The office said that they don't do that and I had to pay upfront. The owner said that they don't do that. I had to pay upfront. He was very nice. The owner didn't say that there was a mistake. Quality was good. He worked with me. He called and said they were in the area. He was on time and never late. I don't know if I would use them again, we would probably try someone else on Angie's List first.

It was pretty good. They respond when you call and they follow through. I recommended them to my neighbors.

They attempted to collect money from me for services and they were unaware that I had paid it through Angie's List. Lack of communication on there part.
