We had a sugar ant problem in our kitchen. So far (3 days later) it looks like it got better. They will come back in 30 days in case it did not work. Reliable company, in time, professional instructions what to do from our side.

I had termite damage to my upstairs wall. Someone came out and inspected the walls and attic and they sent someone back a couple days later to treat the termites. The 1st guy they sent was very nice and personable. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, and he advised that he would come back out in 1 month to follow up. Another person came out to inspect the wall and attic a month later, and thank Goodness everything was clear. The 2nd person also filled up all the holes that were made in all the treatment areas. I was very impressed by their service and everyone that came to the house was friendly and professional. I definately would refer this company to anyone that has a termite problem.

I bough a "big deal" for $35 for a termite inspection. I first spoke with the office, I wanted to ensure that this inspection was to set up a termite warranty. They said yes and that it would be best to buy the deal from angies list. When their representative came out it was a much different story and said that they do not provide such warranties. This was upsetting as I was under contract for this home and essential wasted the current owners and my own time with this. I contacted the office and they assured me that they would refund the money. I have called several times and yet to get my refund, I last called for the manager Daniel on the January 7th without a return call. I feel ripped off and will never use this company again.

It went well, even though some of my foliage and grass died, but I guess that was expected. Only problem I had was that my Direct TV dish got damaged, and I had no signal for a few days until it was repaired by DirecTV. Everyone was very professional and polite, took the time to explain the whole process, and answered my many questions in a very professional way.

It was great. They came out but I still had ants or something and I called them and they came out again. They had a 30 day guarantee. The ants went away when they first sprayed but 3 weeks later they started showing up again so we took advantage of that guarantee. The guy was really pushing the annual contract and the reason why I called them was because I didn't want a contract. The price was great for a one time short.

I don't have other ant problems anymore. They came and did everything as they said. There were a few on the patio because our patio was open and there's a big tree behind it. Even though I'm on the fourth floor, there were maybe a few in the corners but they're not in my house and they're not biting my cats anymore. I really like what they did. They did everything they were supposed to do. It was very good. They were on time.

Tech was very unprofessional and more concerned about up selling me. I think he was done is less than 5 minutes and I had to point out some things to him. Would not use again.

It was okay. They offered a very expensive treatment to fix it. I ended up actually going with a different company because it was such an expensive package. I found a cheaper exterminator. They correctly identified the white ants for what it's worth for the coupon I got for them. They didn't charge more than the deal. They were two nice guys and they were early. I don't like the whole bait-and-switch thing. They should lower their monthly prices.

They were late on first day I had to call office, lady who answered was polite and efficient, she got in touch with the technician (Cicero). Once he arrived he apologized and explained that he didn't have my phone number on order so he couldn't call me. Recently bought house, prior owners had 3 huge dogs and 3 cats, I suspected fleas in house and asked for cost of treatment. Price seemed high, I was tired of the little bites so after some discussion about process I signed contract and paid immediately. William came as scheduled and did treatment, he was very polite, explained process, and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Received a follow-up call to see if any issues with treatment.

We would definitely recommend Hometown Pest Control. We had had a long term commitment with another exterminating company. The quality of service had very much deteriorated. Based on Angies List reviews, we contacted Hometown. Shortly after one of the field advisors came, checked in our attic for issues (fortunately there were none) and went over with us the service that would be provided - spraying the exterior on a monthly basis and if needed spraying the interior. The annual contract fee was very reasonable. After we committed, the field advisor came back and sprayed both interior and exterior. With the previous company, we noticed that we were starting to get an infestation. Since Hometown did the initial service, we have noticed such an improvement. The representative was punctual, thorough and very professional as was the office staff.

They did an initial treatment for an ant problem i've been having. My pool kept getting loaded with ants after a rain. I paid another $133.00 to continue the treatments every other month for 0ne year (6 Treatments). I have not seen one ant after the first week of the treatment so I'm very happy.

The process is very smooth. Most of my contact with Hometown is through email. They respond within an hour most of the time and schedule a time to come out. I get a phone call about 30 min from arrival to confirm. I am very pleased with their service.

WOW!!! Excellent!!! Finally someone who does their job well. The gentleman which came was courteous, explained all to me, went up to the attic to check. I ended up buying a years worth of service, he sprayed the whole inside and outside ( and I have a lot of plants- he showed me where the problems were). Very happy!!!!!

The man who came was very informative but not intrusive. I just saw a bug after my month warrantee period was up by a couple of days. They agreed to come back out anyway at no charge. Nice to see someone knows how to run a business. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

We just moved in and my wife and i where not able to enjoy sitting outside because of all the mosquitoes. Technician showed up and was very informative, professional and went right to work.
