They do great work, very reliable. We have used them for 18 years.

Turns out I did not have sod webworms, I have moths. So my property continues to be infested with moths. Provider refused to correct the condition. Will never use them again.

Very on point and responsive. They delivered the inspection at the time that was scheduled and they were very responsive to email and phone calls. I will use them again

It was good. I wouldn't say it was spectacular but it was good. I would call them again. I called them because the ants came back kind of quick after they sprayed. I want to get rid of the ants. They came back shortly after but they'll probably be back for the summer. They responded to me quickly. They came and they were here when they said they would. They were punctual. I wasn't home when they came. They were professional.

The owner of this company is extremely?rude, argumentative,??and very unprofessional. ??

I bought the deal on September, 2015. The deal provides for four (4) services during one year (every three months). There is one more service to be performed the first week of June, 2016. Service has always been provided on time. First time it took a little longer for the ants to be exterminated. After that, we have not had any problems, whatsoever. If we can get the same deal we will definitely use it again as it is very effective and the price is great.

Hercules came and did an inspection because I had small ants. He let me know the source and fixed the problem. A year later I called back regarding roaches after a heavy rain and he treated for that too. That's when I decided to use this company for monthly maintenance and have been for over a year now. Hercules is always very accommodating regarding scheduling.

I purchased an interior pest control service , they came right out and I was happy with the service. I then purchased a lawn spraying service . the Office staff was great and so were both my Technicians . I will use them in future.

Great service. This is the 2nd time I have used Hometown Pest. Sent them an email and they promptly replied. The appt was setup same day. Very professional and courtesy service tech. This very economical service last for months. No need to search for anyone else, I strongly suggest you give them a try.

Their Office staff is very courteous , spoke to them on two different occasions . I was happy with the first service I purchased so I had them come back to spray my lawn for bugs. I had two different technicians come out , Peter and William and they were both wonderful. I would definitely use this company again ! Thanks Hometown .

ALEX was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of all of my problems; and just as he predicted, my water ant problem disappeared in one day. I would recommend their service to anyone; and intend to use them on a regular basis.

The service was pretty good. They better keep the schedule. I had one incident where they came late. I am not happy about that. That was only for one of the contract where they didn't come on time.

They showed up on time. Alex was very professional and did everything great.

They have sprayed the house three times since we got it. It was a foreclosure so it needed some work. Immediately after close they came and sprayed and then again right after moved in. About a week later we noticed ant on the window, they came right out and took care of it. The pesticide they use is pet friendly, and my dog loves the exterminator they send. This is a great company.

They are professional, courteous and punctual. I bought the year contract and haven't had any issues. I have had to call them a few times for issues I have as I live on the lake and they come right out the same or next day after my call.

They did a great job, very polite, answered all of my concerns and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. Would highly recommend them.

This is a great company and provide excellent service. They are always on time, and professional. My experience has been that they are not out to take advantage. The technician has been to my house several times, has been informative and never pushy or trying to "up-sell" me on anything I don't need.

I am pleased with my service from Hometown Pest Control. My service technician is Alex. He shows up when he?s supposed to , he addresses my concerns. Alex is personable and pleasant and represents your company very well. I hope you recognize him as the asset to your company that he is.

They were okay. I had them come back because their work was guaranteed. When he came back, he did the treatment for ants because he didn't really do it the first time. The result was good. It wasn't terrible but I had to have him come back to do it. He didn't do it the first time even though I told him what the problem was. But he came back without any problems.

It was fine. We did not pay anything more. They could have just called ahead. They came out quarterly, but they never told us when they were coming. We probably could have let them in and they could have sprayed the house if there was like an issue or something. The workers were fine. They were nice guys.

It was okay. There were no additional costs.

They did a great work. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. They even took their shoes off at the door without being asked to avoid bringing dirt in! Very quick to get back to me via phone to answer any questions.

t I arranged annual pest control with Hometown Pest Control in late October after I purchased a home (there weren't any real problems, I just don't like any bugs in my residence). They came out promptly and performed the service to my satisfaction. About 2 weeks later I found a notice that they had done the monthly service while I was not at home, they had not notified me that they would be doing this. The next month they showed up again unannounced, while I wasn't at home, and let another service notice, I then called them and cancelled the contract. Then, in January, their technician called me 2X to let me know he was coming to service my home, each time I told him I had cancelled. They sent me a bill for both November and December, I paid November but didn't think I should pay for service when they had made no attempt to call me for the December service and I really don't know what they could have done in either of those months since my home is attached on both sides. They called me several times about paying the December bill plus kept sending me invoices with past due on it, I eventually decided to just pay it and write an honest appraisal of them on Angie's List. I have now arranged for a quarterly, guaranteed service with another Angie's List provider and am much happier with this arrangement, I would not recommend Hometown Pest Control to anyone. Update (2/27/16): they claim I was given a date for monthly visits, that is not the case at all, I only found out after calling when I saw an invoice on my front door. I don't like writing negative reviews but would not recommend them to anyone

Overall not working.They came for twice because the first one doesn't work, they are nice and responsive, but the quality is not desirable.
