Perfectly! Home Angels were prompt, courteous, in tune with my needs and a time frame (my children and grandchildren were coming to visit). Their work was excellent and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They are wonderful and truly home angels.

Fine. I called on a legal holiday (the Monday after Christmas) and they started work the same day. I was out of town, and everything was arranged over the phone. Their immediate response to the incident was impressive as they showed about an hour after I called, and one of their technicians came by every day until the job was completed about a week later. The only issue I had was that it took a little longer than it should have as the water heater refilled and leaked again before I was able to replace it. (Their plumber had drained it but was unable to completely shut it off, and the person watching my house didn't explain this to me. Also, it was the week between Christmas and New Year's Day and difficult to get the heater replaced in that time period.) This does not affect my positive review of their service.

I cannot use enough superlatives to describe our contractor, Pete Forte, with Home Angels.He managed our project with the ultimate professionalism and none of us were living in the condo at the time-we were all far away. We communicated by phone, text and emails. He was prompt with responses, helpful with suggestions and took great pride in his work. He was a delight to work although the challenges of distance made it more difficult for him. He sent me multiple pictures as we made selections and he really “got” what we were looking to do. He elicited trust and respect from us. He acted in a superbly professional way but was also so very nice and patient with us! My neighbors said that he and his workmen were very nice and great to be around. It wasn’t easy for Pete and I to work so far away from each other but he made it happen with ease and reduced my stress significantly. He was a great trouble shooter and even when the condo security made problems for him getting in, he just contacted me when he wasn’t able to make that happen so little time was wasted. He kept us so up to date and informed. I cannot praise Pete highly enough! We also thank one of the owners who we initially contacted, Nick, who was also so helpful and nice. As they say, “Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!” Their brand is phenomenal: great quality at great prices with great professionalism. They were so easy to work with although our job presented some significant challenges. Thank you to Home Angels. I cannot recommend them any more highly!

They "wowed" me and that's hard to do. They'll always be my first, and last call. Professionalimand trustworthy.

It went relatively well except for communications which could have been improved.

When we moved in on Halloween night Oct. 31, 2012 to our horror we discovered the previous tenants had flushed some plastic toys and so we had an overflow of sewage through 2 toilets, the tub and the shower drains. We thought we fixed it then with another company's snaking the system, but when we continually had to snake and pay every 6 months over the years, we determined it was a root intrusion at the Y fitting going to both toilets. The digging and fix would cost too much, and our estimates were very high UNTIL we met Nick and John from Home Angels. John did a camera inspection for a reasonable price and determined what the cost would be to fix the problem where roots had found a crack in the PVC fitting, strangling the pipe (see picture) and blocking toilet flow. They promptly provided a reasonable estimate which we accepted. The next week John and his professional, friendly team (Doug and Stewart) was here fixing the problem and finished within a few hours. Not only were they friendly and courteous when coming in the house by using protective wear, but they knew right away what they needed to do and got right to it. They even cut away all the roots they found growing under the house for us, added extra safety measures to the pipes, and took away the debris after of course re-compacting the hole. It ended up being less than the estimate! We are so happy that we hopefully never have to deal with this issue again, and now we can retire the plungers to the garage!

I called around 8 PM. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and kind. He assured me that someone would be there soon. Doug, the service man called me shortly later and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He came quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Very polite and professional.

I purchased $49.00 plumbing deal on Thursday and called the company Friday to schedeule and inform them of an active leak. An appointment was made for Saturday, but later they called me back saying they are have automobile problems and needed to schedule for next week. They were aware that I had an active leak. They are not reliable and their customer service skills are lackking

These guys were great They were able to come same day. I thought I needed something very expensive, but they were able t fix my drain and line at a good price. John was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again for some other plumbing jobs I need done.

Fantastic John was very kind and professional. He included the service call fee into the repair, for which we were very grateful.

They instilled such trust to begin with however took advantage of me. I had my dream kitchen! I did not need to replace my whole kitchen, just the boxes behind the doors. I could have kept my doors and they took everything. They wanted to get as much money out of the insurance as they could. In the end we both lost out. It was a shame. I still grieve my lost kitchen.

Repairs were completed quickly and without any mess

Everything went smoothly, from scheduling the project to its conclusion. The plumber arrived on time, which was crucial because the water for the entire building had to be turned off, inconveniencing a lot of our neighbors. He opened the wall to access the plumbing keeping the opening relatively small so repairing it would not be difficult. He drained the system, completed the removal of the defective valve and the installation of the new valve without a hitch. He was the perfect professional throughout. He tested his work and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Water to the building was restored in less than 90 minutes from the time when it was turned off.

Home Angels handled everything in a timely and very professional manner, including dealing with the insurance company. They were very helpful in a time of panic and need. The technician that came out, Noah, was great at explaining what occurred, what needed to be done and what I was to expect. Thank you for turning a bad situation around for me!

It went very well. The work took a little longer than originally estimated and scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but they were super friendly and communicative. The work itself seems to have been done as quickly as possibly and effectively.

I cancelled the big deal purchase. When I explained to the guy and said that I had another deal for the same?55 Gallon Hot Water Tank Installed?for $499. I explained the situation to him and he said, 'I can't beat that. I do appreciate your call and if we can help you with anything else, please let us know.' They were good. Everything else being equal, they would have got the job. Their response was very much appreciated. I didn't get a lot of hustle. He understood the situation and was very gracious about it. If anything came up, I would give them a call because, I liked the way they handled the refusal.
