Showed up on time, did professional work, left job site clean, did the job for the agreed price.

Amazing customer service. John was professional and finished the job that I started and couldn’t finish myself. I was very appreciative that he was able to make it to my home on the weekend and shortly after my request for service. I called another provider and they said that they might be able to show up on Tuesday - not cool. I highly recommend their services.

GREAT! While the insurance piece is still being resolved, Home Angels my homeowners insurance company was impressed with the detailed report and photography they received from Home Angels.

Toilet was leaking from the base. Had the flange replaced and the toilet was reset with a new wax ring.

John was extremely professional and took his time to thoroughly inspect my house. He provided great answers and insights. I can' thank Home Angels enough. Half the price as their competition and at least twice as thorough. No shenanigans here whatsoever.

Good work. BUT I kept asking to be kept up to date with costs. They told me it would not exceed my insurance limits. They lied. They exceeded the insurance limits. I asked many times to be kept up to date with costs, and my insurance company asking many times. They did NOT keep me up to date. They kept saying, someone would call me in the next day or so. That went on for a long time with them saying that, and I never got calls. As I mentioned earlier, one person I spoke to on the phone did say it wouldn't go over my insurance limits. Now, months later, they are still trying to get more money from my insurance company (Amica, who has been excellent as usual). My insurance agent also had a hard time getting them to keep them apprised. Finally, Home Angels admitted, it was too difficult to keep a running total and they would figure it out in the end. So why did they keep telling me they would keep me up to date? Why did they lie and say it wouldn't go over my insurance limits?

Was told up front of cost. They worked diligently to try and find leak. They were persistent and covered every avenue. I got an education. They were friendly and would not hesitate to call again. My leak seemed to have fixed itself. Got explanations. I am glad I called.

Very professional, courteous. Arrived quickly even though I am somewhat out of their service area. Job was done quickly and effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Amazing! These guys really are HOME ANGELS! I called them after 5PM on a Wednesday night and asked them nicely if they could come out in the morning before I had to go to work to look at my problem and without hesitation with complete professionalism and kindness they worked me into their schedule. They were on time, completed the job before I had to go to work and made my life so much easier! I am so grateful for their services. The man that came out to my house was already aware of my situation and wanted to make sure that he got me to work on time and so he made sure he got the job done but he also made sure he did it right and was willing to come back if he had to in order to ensure that. They really are angels! The name suits them.

I had a slab water leak. They fixed it by rerouting and giving me a . They did a good job but I sure hope it works for ever and I don't have to have any callbacks or problems . I really recommend this company.

The plumber from Home Angels arrived in less than an hour and explained what the procedure and costs would be, depending on the location of the blockage; he located the clog which was outside of the unit and therefore the responsibility of the association. He cleared the line of the blockage caused by roots. He cleaned up after the job. He was meticulous in his documentation details on the receipt so there would be no doubt regarding the location of the clog. As a result the reimbursement process went smoothly, no contest from the management company.

I paid $49 before filling out any details. I immediately went to their website and sent them a message asking for a reimbursement. I Never got an answer nor a refund! If we ever need a plumber again, this will NOT be the place we will contact. It is not the $49, it is the principal!

We called at night, because that is when the flood was discovered (we weren't home that day). The guys from Home Angels came out within minutes of the call and WORKED UNTIL 3 AM after midnight that night, to make sure that they can get done as much as they can get done in the first critical hours, so we do not end up with MOLD and have to gut the whole house and also so that we can save as much of our personal belongings that cannot be replaced with money. I cannot stress enough how hard working, punctual and how much these guys are available in a true 24/7 fashion. I told them that the house has to be done by a certain date so my kids can start school from their home and not a hotel room, and they delivered on that crazy deadline, they worked weekends, they worked and worked and worked, until my house looked better than it did before the flood. I hope I will never need flood assistance again, but if I do, I will not think twice to call them. And I would recommend them to everyone that wants to get the job done right, on time and with as little problems as possible (because they deal with the insurance company for you, so you don't have to be swindled by your insurance agent into not getting what you need to get [the insurance agent will always try to give you much less - that is their job]).

Doug was punctual, diagnosed the issue, created a protocol to correct the issue and fixed the problem in a timely. My issue required a part be ordered. Doug kept in contact providing updates regarding the part I needed and installed it as soon as it came in. overall, I would recommend this company and will use it again.

They never contacted me or returned my calls or email.

The technician was quick to respond and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes :-) they were able to work easily with my schedule and responded the same day I called.
